I posted this up in another forum where I'm more active, but as I'm signed up here and have gotten lots of useful info I figure I may as well give something back. Maybe someone can get something out of this.

Well, it's 1 year and 2 weeks really... I thought of starting a log but those drag on for pages and it's too easy to give up on updating it, let alone reading it, so here is my 1 year summarized log.

Brief history: was reasonably fit and cycled in my mid 20's (just Test/Tren/Var) and was steady around 225lb. Let it all go around 30 due to life (job that involved travelling, mortgage, married, had kids, etc).

Was hitting the bottle hard towards the end there. I was putting down a 1750ml bottle of Grants a week. I guess I was coping with how boring life was after having kids as when they're small you're trapped at home babysitting during any free time you may have. New job that is same thing every day, but at least no travelling... Then I snapped out of it.

Im a 6'2" ectomorph and weighed 200lbs and change from what I can remember, with a sloppy mid-section. My goal is to hit 40 built like a brick sh1t-house.

I do not have before pictures because that guy is dead to me. I'm not posting after pics because I'm not done, and in the middle of a bulk. I'm also heavily tattoo'd and don't want pics floating around for whatever reason.

I lifted rep #1 on April 20, 2016. @ 36 yrs old. I went natty for one month just to get back into things slowly. Then I went for bloodwork late May to get a baseline and it revealed low T ... this explained a lot of my mood. My doc said I was 'normal' and won't prescribe TRT.

Well fu(k that. June 1st my order arrived and I began 500/wk Test E to get my baseline back. 12 weeks. I ate chicken, rice, yams, and a fu(k ton of eggs. Protein powder in a shake post workout only. Creatine at night as it gives me a headache in the morning due to dehydration. I ate 8 meals a day to the point of vomiting including at least 2 Wendy's triple quarter lb-ers a week. HCG on cycle at 250iu x2 per week and GH at 3.33iu/day (one vial in 3 pins).

This was my 1st time using HCG or GH.
GH I started for insomnia related reasons. I have a few posts on that topic so I won't elaborate on it here.

In 12 weeks I gained nearly 40lbs, with plenty of water (probably due to those triple 1/4 lb-ers)

I PCT'd out on Nolva 40/40/20/20 to see how I'd feel, and I felt fine. I upped the cardio and reps to shed the water. I cut down almost 15 lbs without losing any major strength. I did not even notice any PCT symptoms. A little sleepy, but that's me on a normal day anyways.

Dec 4th I began Test/Tren at 500/500wk. This was to be a winter bulk and I know there are other compounds better suited, but I remember dbol and deca bloating me like hell the one time I used them, so I don't want to go there + I was itching to get my baseline on Tren again. Well I was able to figure out one thing for sure... I Fu(king LOVE Tren!!! more than before. Wow what a ride. My wife couldn't get enough of me.

Granted I wanted to stick my dick in anything that remotely had a hole... but I have nothing to worry about because I'm only attracted to Asian girls, and for the most part they're not attracted to me, and I have absolutely no game... like negative-game if that's even possible. This makes it easy not to mess up my life + my wife is Asian, so I got one!

I added 40 Var for the last 20-something days as my wife had a jar she wasn't going to finish anytime soon.

I put on around 15 lean-lbs and strength was through the roof, but my diet was not as "eat until you vomit" because I was trying to keep the water down. I could have gained more, but also I'm not in any rush.

This is where I was going to draw the line... I cruised on 500 Test for March and brought the diet down and was going to drop it to 250 for April/May to blast Test/Tren again in June/July/Aug... and then I ran into Bard

(a member on the other forum that is a real solid guy and was offering free meal plans to members).

For anyone needing advice in any capacity I would recommend you get in touch with him.

I hit him up for some meal plans, and we took it farther. With his advice, and a Craigslist score, I overhauled my home gym (I workout at home by the way). He gave me a new routine for the new equipment, bulk diet that worked with what I have been eating, and focusing on legs to bring them up. And cycle advice... I though to cruise a bit but his words were "get right back on brother!"

So now I'm on Test/Bold/Primo at 400/600/600 with Bold/Primo being new compounds to me... I'm sure the Test is actually closer to 600+ as it's T400 and I round up as I fill up the pin.

Today is May 03 and I am one month into this 12 week cycle and tipping the scale at 253lbs. Mid section is bloated from all the food of course, but water is relatively minimal. Estimate is around 12% BF, primarily in the midsection.

I also got a Vasectomy (while on cycle) nearly a month ago. Not a fun procedure, but end result should be good (no more kids!). I tried to wait a full week before working out, but boredom got the better of me. I made it 4 days, then started back on upper body exercises.

Plan is to blast and cruise for a while, as PCT-ing out to natural low-T is not something I care to do. I will at some point when I feel like getting on proper Dr. prescribed TRT.

Well, that's one year in one post. I'm sure muscle memory and 2nd-time-noob-gains helped out a lot. I'm 37 now, with 3 more years to go until 40. My goal is to be 250+ at under 10% BF when I hit it. I'll be happy in the 240's as well. I'm not competing or anything, and I'm not in any rush. .. I just can't wait to get back on the Tren.
