10 year Natty -> 1st Cycle (Test E + MK 677)

Plan :-
Bulking Routine, focus on Arms, Pecs, Delts then overall size in that order.
Starting at 250 mg pw split 3.5 days. MK 677 at 25 mgs a day, have a lot of LGD and MK combo experience it works KILLER.

So will make a detailed post later about any bio/history anything else anyone is interested in later. At this point I am keen to log consistently and also learn from my mistakes and others experiences.

Day 1 :-

I just hit my first pin of Test E ever. 125mg E3.5D , taper up if required. I have 3 other friends running only 300-400 mgs and they are getting insane gains.

The pharmacies here around me are fucking shit. No other gauges available, really? Like what is someone that needs a crazy important med supposed to do besides waiting for an online delivery!?

Anyways, Not only did the pharmacist have only a 25g 1inch, the bitch actually gave me 2 of the above and one 25g 5/8 inch!

Now I used one of the 1 inches to draw (took about 2-3 minutes, not that bad) and when I finally heated the oil pre injection , I find out when I am trying to aspirate that the fucking needle here is a 5/8th!

The option now was to aspirate again, wasting the amount already in the needle, and waste all 3 needles in one pin. So I decided to shoot the mid outer quad (relatively muscular and lean there) since I felt the 5/8th could easily hit Intramuscular at that point.

There was the slightest amount of hesitation ever, like maybe a fraction of a second but I just straight injected, no pain in insertion or anything. The plunger pushed in quite slow, but not an issue.

Did make sure to check for blood/vein with a draw, nothing happened at that point, however I DID notice an air bubble being formed because of pulling the plunger. Did I pull too hard?

Anyways no PIP or anything, cleaned area with an alcohol swab before and after and put on a band aid just because I had one lying in front of me.

How soon can I notice ANY effects? And not just gains wise, I mean mental, mood etc etc?
 
Alright 3 pins in at this point. I am doing 300 mgs instead of 250.

AS of this point I feel almost NOTHING.

The changes I do feel are slightly more enjoyable pumps in the gym compared to earlier, but the reason for that is that I had low T to begin with. Anytime I have PCT'd after a LGD cycle and have had my Test go up even to high natty levels (800-1100) I have had the same kinds of pumps.

Size :- Muscles seem sort of dense but nothing spectacular yet.

Strength :- Absolutely NO difference for now. Same as a natty going strong and eating hard. The MK most definitely helps me with increasing my appetite to pound down more food. I am a natural ectomorph and used to be around 70 kg tops. I have bulked up to 84 kg as a natty many times but it's mostly fat and water weight. The highest I have ever been was 91 kg but that was crap, not training and just eating like rubbish, that was once in my life.

Highest using LGD I believe has also been 91-93 kgs, nice and swole though also with some fat on.

Thoughts Log :-

So I was thinking about bumping up to 400 mgs if not even 500 for this first ever Test E cycle. I read up on the study that mentions how 300 mgs is enough to gain up to 5 kgs for UNTRAINED people. So literally people sitting on their asses and just injecting Test E.



The plan is to stay on 300 mgs until 4 weeks, MAYBE 5 and then if nothing will bump up to 400 or 500. If nothing still then this Pareto gear is bunk. But from all the reviews I do highly doubt it.

Bloods :-
Got a blood panel for LFT, KFT, Test Total + Free, Lipids , Haemogram. No point of getting LH FSH because we all know it should be suppressed. And if Test isn't high at Week 6 (when I go for my bloods) then I know shit's fake or way underdosed.

Needles/Syringes/PIP :-

As of now I have pinned Right quad, Left Quad and Right glute. The first was the most painless and easiest, it was also with a 25g 5/8 inch.

The second was definitely a LITTLE painful but nothing significant. No PIP either.

The last one I did top of right glute, looking at pics on where to hit the shot. I'm pretty sure I hit the right spot. Aspirated no blood. After the injection there was the slightest amount of blood coming out, cleaned with the alcohol swab 3-4 times and that was that. However there most definitely is PIP at a rating of 4/10 on the right upper glute still. This was also a 25g 1 inch.

I feel the 1 inches are too much for me. I am decently muscular though not too much. I am 6'2 and around 20% bf I'd say. My glutes actually carry some fat but not too much and my quads almost none.
The plan is to hit the Left glute now with another 150 mg next shot, and I will be using a 27g 1/2 inch for that one. IF that goes well fine, if not I will be just shooting quads and delts and MAYBE biceps if I need more spots to rotate.

Food :-
I have done all kinds of diets before (with the exception of crazy shit like juice fast cleanses etc).
I am planning on just upping the protein foods and counting only protein intake and trying to hit 1g/lb. I have done this multiple times in the past but as I have put more and more time in, and received little to no results I have gone away from ensuring 1g/lb to only about .6-7/lb. Now that I am on AAS I will be trying for 1g/lb minimum.

Adding other quicker acting PEDs :-
As patient as I am in general I feel that time is being wasted for now until Week 4 or so until when I can FINALLY start feeling and seeing the results. I am thinking of using 5-10 mgs of LGD on a daily basis either until week 4 or all the way until the end of the cycle.

Haven't decided on this step yet will look for some advice from other meso members or other boards. I have made fantastic gains on my first ever LGD cycle at just 5 mgs for 4 weeks or so. Like IMMEDIATE results and I have kept them for as long as I have been training.

Can't think of too much more at this particular point, if I think of more stuff will add in later.

The only problem is I forgot taking my pictures along with the other stats I always take before and after any training plan. At this point I haven't seen any results from the Test E yet so I should be good to take pics on this Monday and use that as a pre. Inch measurements I already do have though.
