I like the every 2 weeks. Or really the best is just to throw it in a day here and a day there between training cycles. Do volume legs this week. Bench next, etc

Read some stuff talking about endurance, blood flow to muscles and this approach increasing capillaries to the area. Hopefully about getting through a plateau and set up for getting back to heavy lifting. If it feels right I'll see if I should build in a couple weeks of it every few monthsI might give this a shot after I get back to cruising . Looks like it might go great with low cal dieting . Wouldnt do it over a month or so then back to heavys , or alternate both every 2 weeks might help shock the muscles and stimulate fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers .
