Some of you may have heard of this guy.

I am just wondering what everyone thinks of
this article. . Guns & Ammo | Iron Man Magazine | www.ironmanmagazine.com

I been messing around with partials for some time now.
I posted on another board about another article in .. I believe IronMan
mag back in 2004. I will dig it up and post on this thread.

BTW the guy's name in this other article is George Olesen and is/was
a strongman . His left arm was 20in and his right was 23.. I will post it. Check this one out for now, let me know what you think

Here is what I wrote July 2004:

I have an old Ironman magazine... May of 97 to be exact and there is this guy in it George Olesen who is a strongman from Denmark. He has a 20in left bicep and a 23in right bicep. They claim his 700lb 1 finger lift(static hold)gave him the extra 3in in his right arm. His right bicep is clearly alot bigger than his left.

Let me just try to get the pic of the mag cover here

It's trying to open in photoshop which I don't have but here it
is if anyone can open it.. Or you can just search for the Mag.

Nahh, can't upload it

absolute BS mate. an average natural lifter is doing more than well to gain 10lbs lean muscle per year.

that claim even with AAS would still be outlandish...

I never heard of this guy and all I can find written by
him is 2 articles, so yeah I call BS too. It also doesn't say
his BF% before or after so if it was 60lbs of fat and 40 muscle
I might believe it.

I do however believe more than 10lbs a year from a
starting point can be achieved. More muscle gained the harder
it is to gain more of course

I gained 40 lbs my first year naturally and kept bodyfat low. For a novice young ( teen ) lifter I'd say 50lbs is possible. Now days I could shoot 1g test a day and prop not gain 100lbs a year. Even gaining that much mass from fat would be difficult. That's a lot of calories. I call BS.
