What I like best about it is that it's just effortless. I'm adding ten pounds a week, at least, on everything. Fucking bb curls, no shit. And every session gets easier. I keep thinking I should have gone higher. Feel like I have to keep shit reigned in so that I don't hurt myself. . .Im honestly not even believing how ridiculous the synergy is with these compounds my previous bench max was 295 and that was a struggle the 315 felt like a 95% push. This has been one of my best weeks training ever im incredible intrigued to see how this plays out the following 3 weeks even if i could just maintain current strength levels to solidify it that would be more then i would have originally thought id ever get with this.
It is one fun stack, that's for sure.
Edit: and granted, I'm no where near the strength level as some of these beasts. About a month behind you, at least on flat bench. But fuck I'm enjoying myself, lol.
