Front loaded with 2ml today.

Workout Bi's and Tri's

Biceps:
Standing Barbell Curl 1 x 100
Seated Dumbbell Curl 1 x 100
Preacher Curl 1 x 100
Standing Hammer Curl 1 x 100

Triceps:
Lying Triceps Extensions 1 x 100
Palm Up Triceps Pull Downs 1 x 100
Seated Machine Dips 1 x 100
Rope Over Head Extensions 1 x 100
Triceps Push Downs 1 x 100
Super set with weighted abs

Diet. Caloric intake was 3000 cal as attached in file. My snacks include protein shakes and pre-workout's

Is this your first run OP? You carry a fair amount of mass now. 3,000 calories daily is probably needed to support your existing weight. What are your goals for this cycle?
 
I got it off another site. My old name here was looselucy. Had to change it because i lost my email that was associated with the account. This isnt my first cycle. Its my second. You can look at my posts under looselucy. My goal is to put on lean muscle mass. I used tren on first cycle. I handled the sides but dont want to run it this time. My goal is to enhance what i already have. Ill cut last 4 weeks of cycle.
 
Not a fan of eroids,but i pulled the workout off of their site. Never can havr enough info imo.
I've never done a high rep workout like that before 1 set of 100 and 4 workouts. Total of 400 reps. So I'm guessing this would be a light weight high rep. I usually do 4 sets of 30 On light weeks and 5 sets of 6 on heavy week.

So do you feel It works better for you doing 1x100?

I will let you know. Cant gauge after 1 workout, but the pump was insane.
