Cycle FAQ
Part 1:Cycles.
Along with where to get them, what's real and what's not, why take them, etc. - how to properly construct a good cycle is one of the more daunting tasks a new gear user will face. This Faq has been designed to help the new user figure out what to take, how much to take, and how long to take it. The first thing you should know is what basic kinds of cycles are out there. There are 4 main ones: The Bulker, the Cutter, The Strength, and the Bridge. So what is right for you? Well, that one is easy, what are your goals? If you're looking for fat-loss, a small cutter will do the trick. Competing? You need a more extreme one. Looking to put on some serious size? A heavy bulker is what the doctor ordered. How about insane strength? I've got your ticket. Below you will find some sample cycles for each of these needs as well as info to help you steer clear of common mistakes that can render a perfect cycle into a huge mistake.
In future posts over the next few days I will post on bulking cycles, cutting cycles, strength cycles, bridges, anti-estrogens and ball starters, insulin, front-loading, more frequent injections, and anything else you guys want.
All input is greatly appreciated, especially from you fellow mods and vets.
Couple points.
#1 I left out G.H and slin. Why? these drugs can be problematic for several reasons, price, health risks involved, so their usage should be on a case-by-case basis. (They will be handled in an upcoming post.)
#2 Ask questions. Anything you don't understand, ask away!
#3 Diet is key. Never forget that. Period.
#4 Your health is the most important thing to you, don't jeaporadise it, and dont do something stupid.
#5 Keep cycles as simple as you can, more juice doesn't equate to more muscle. More food, more sleep, more intense training on the other hand does.
#6 Make sure you buy all your gear and pins (and anti-estrogens) prior to beginning your cycle. Always remember life is nothing if not unpredictable, you never know what can happen.
#7 Use drugs properly! IN my next FAQ I will discuss the diferent drugs and how to use them, for now just make sure you don't use deca in a cutter, primo in a bulker etc.
#8 You should have some blood work done prior to your first cycle and then every 4 months or so after that. This is the only reliable way to see if there are any problems you might not be aware of before you put these drugs into your body. If you can't see a doctor for whatever reason you can purchase some of these tests from the Anabolic Fitness store. Go to it at www.anabolicfitness.net
