Hello,
I got my bloodwork back, not really knowledgeable on all these metrics so Im googling but if anyone knows bloodwork really well and could give me some input.
Some was expected (hdl ldl) but others Im borderline on.

Gear weekly is
2.5g test c
1.4g tren a
10mg reta
10iu hgh ED (surprised by the low igf snd Z score but I assume the tren is halting it down)
100mcg t4 (i have hypothyroidism)

I have pitavastatin, bempedoic + ezetimbe on the way for the cholesterol.
My diet is clean as it ever has, chicken/veg rice and salmon/veg rice back snd forth every day.

Supps I currently take
30grams creatine daily
Hydration powder x2 daily (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, taurine, dried coconut water,)
Daily multivitamin (i take x2 servings daily) (mens vitafusion)
NAC
Milk thistle extract
Berberine Hydrochloride
L-glutathione
Astragalus extract
AstraGin (astragalus membranaceus & panax notoginseng root)
Arjuna bark extract
Coq10
Cranberry powder
Buchu extract
Horsetail powder (equisetum arvense)
Uva ursi (arctostaphylos uva ursi)
Juniper powder (juniper communis)
Nettle extract (urtica dioica L)
Tudca

Health was never in my sight until last month, so I am still trying to research and learn everything I should be and need to be taking.
So please flame me if there is something I should be taking and Im not.

Your kidneys are dieing man..
See a cardiologist..with that labs I believe you can get on repatha..those statin meds aren't enough.

@Ateam2023
@Ghoul
How badly are we talking?

Like pull the tren tonight bad? Comparable to the 2g tren run I did end of 2024, my body feels less stressed right now, 2024 I would lay down and feel my heart like it was stressed.

2025 March I got blood work and my hdl/ldl was pretty much what the previous says in the above (it was under quest, so labcorp doesn’t show).

It's good you don't have protien in your urine. The creatine and HGH could be interfering with the creatinine and the cystatin C number.

Obviously you need to reduce the dose because that inflammation and cholesterol is a recipe for plaque buildup.

You could try jardiance or farxiga , , definitely lower the tren, i know people don't hear that, I was having kidney problems and jardiance seem to have put them in check and I'm seeing positive results , but you are definitely in CKD stage 2, the good news is your bun is normal and your bun/Cr is normal so there's not too much damage to the kidneys, YET ,

I don't think it would help that much. Tren causes oxidative stress at higher doses due to MR activation.

Better just to drop the gear and wait for the numbers to get better before blasting again.

ive never seen cholesterol this bad.

urine is fine and cyst c/bun/creatinine is a little elevated. get on a statin asap. whats is your bloodpressure? thick blood + this high cholesterol is already a double killer combo, wouldn't want high bp in the mix aswell.

you have abnormal wbc esterase which could suggest early problems with a kidney infection. or a UTI or STD. defiently wanna guess kidney with raised eyebrows here as a preventive method. your doc would do this aswell

UTI is generally only gotten through sex as a men or am I reading wrong? I definitely don’t have a STD, only girl I sleep with is clean as a whistle.
If wbc is a indicator of kidney faults, I would just think, with everything else, its that.

Your androgen load is you.

The Cystatin C being slightly elevated needs more context, especially on a heavy cycle.

Tren, thyroid hormone levels, systemic inflammation, high hematocrit, and even certain supplements can raise cystatin C and lower eGFR without true kidney damage.

In your case, BUN is normal, urinalysis is clean, and electrolytes are stable, which argues against kidney disease. This looks more like functional renal stress that’s potentially reversible if stressors are reduced, rather than kidney failure.

This is something to respect and monitor, but not something that suggests permanent damage based on these labs alone. I showed your labs to charge nurse in fam.

I don't fear monger, but my Glomerular Filtration Rate rate was around yours. It dropped rapidly by my next labs. By the time I had symptoms it started out as a gag reflex issue followed by nausea from consuming water, as time progressed water by volume became harder to consume in smaller amounts. Wife took me to the hospital, I was admitted to the ICU for 5 days with 6 IVs at 1 point to flush kidneys. Followed by 5 individual everyday for 4 additional days. At this point I was at 46gfr which continued to drop. Long story short it developed from acute kidney injury into full on rhabdomyolisis. I got sent home on day 6 with numerous medications and blood work weekly for 6 months. I made a full recovery.

Cycle was 1g test c, 750tren e, 400mast e, and injectable superdrol at 20mg 1hr pre on working days. My Dr was the greatest, I'm always honest, he had everyone exit the room. He said and I quote "only an idiot would run tren that high for that long, look guy I'm on tren myself (verified stout older doc). Everything terrible happens above 300mg, and isn't needed. Clean it up or you can be another number on my dumb dude gear list, fat and on dialysis for life." They actually looked into a donar list for potential transplant as well.

This is something to respect and monitor, but not something that suggests permanent damage based on these labs alone. Make changes i don't want to see anyone go through what I did and it happens fast for many.

I won't bother commenting on the blood work. Brother, the doses you're running have gone way past risk vs. reward. At some point, it's just all side effects. You could cut that in half and I PROMISE you, you'd see the same gains without killing yourself. I'd come off ALLL of that shit and just run 200mgs of test while dealing with your health markers. 1.4 grams of tren in WILDDDD! Shit, half that is too much!

Yes I forgot in other reply my Wcells were extremely elevated. Also by hard to consume water...I would vomit and get sick from taking a sip. I say this all so your aware if you get anything similar.

from nhs website "
  • having sex
  • pregnancy
  • conditions that block the urinary tract, such as kidney stones
  • conditions that make it difficult to fully empty the bladder, such as an  enlarged prostate in men and constipation in children
  • urinary catheters (a tube in your bladder used to drain urine)
  • having a weakened immune system – for example, if you have poorly controlled diabetes or you are having chemotherapy
  • not drinking enough fluids"
your miss is clean so take 2 of the list and you have 3 factors out of 5 that can be related to the kidney. one other is from aas usage so look at it with a raised eyebrow.

im not the biggest expert on STDS/UTIS tho.

for now, drink alot of water, get on a statin and do a general health check up and follow up with bloodwork. other guys already told u to lower aas, fuck man u could even be fine with 500 test and just drop tren completely.

you can look up wbc esteraase its not guranteed UTI but other options dont look as good either.
