"I can confirm that he had used illegal drugs. I do not want to comment on what kind of products, but he had consumed some," said police prosecutor Paal-Fredrik Hjor Kraby, adding the conclusion was based on blood test results.

In the 1,500-page manifesto he posted online shortly before carrying out the attacks, the 32-year-old right-wing extremist said he had been using anabolic steroids. [..]

"It's obvious he used steroids, but he also used other drugs, which I don't want to elaborate on," Hjort Kraby said Monday.

when i first saw this story i was aghast. whod do such a thing and why. and then in more than one story it mentioned steroids. and i cringed. im guessing in the wake of such a horrifc crime people ask themselves why. or how. seems though that only the very simplest of minds look for the simplest answers. like the taylor hooton foundation. Twitter whos tried to make the parallel more than once here. i guess dismissing the fact that anders breivik has said he started planning the attack almost ten years ago is easy. a 1500 page manifesto would point away from any roid rage. so would the more calculated planning. but why even try for facts. when you have an agenda.
was he on other drugs. he even mentions ephedrine. not on my darkest darkest day would i think of planning to kill as many people as i could. on any drug. and not for the ludicrous goal of bringing people together. against people from other countries. some of whom ironically left to go somewhere else because of violence and intolerance. anders' very own warped tool to unite.
and what a coward. not only did he murder unarmed kids and adults with exploding bullets. under a quick guide to oral anabolic steroids it says " a good alternative in this regard is winstrol (stanazolol) in tablet form (liquid form is slightly better if you dont mind needles, which i do.)" what a pathetic piece of shit.
honestly i had alot of other questions. why did it take the police so long. where did he get the illegal ammo. ive read mail order from the states. the automatic rifle. and really. what i want to know. is why norways stiffest penalty is 21 years. maybe in solitary confinement. ive heard thats less than fun. why waste the money though. hes already bought the ammo. someone should use it on him.

i need some life goals. some structure. a more wholesome fix. like more intense lifting. more runnning. brain training. or social media.
skydiving. bomb disarming. or russian roulette.

facts are facts though. and its how you present the facts. if you spin them. or not include all of them. or just bend the truth to see if it sticks.
doesnt seem like this caught on though. i think most people realize theres a lot more involed. if it was as simple as any kind of drug or steroid wed have more mass murders. its so obviously not the entire story.
