18 years old infertility help

Jesus Christ dude, you're 18 yrs old...
#1- Don't worry about being a dad now, if you become a dad anytime soon chances are you're going to be a scumbag, you'll pass on that level of scumbag to children and it'll be a never ending cycle of scumbaggishness!!

#2- 7 weeks of a gel and you're worried about long-term damage? LOL, dude just stop taking shit and give it time and you'll be fine.

#3- Don't worry about growing up too fast, it goes by fast enough

I ran a 7-week DHT cycle, the pituitary gland stopped pulsing LH and my testicles stopped working during those 7 weeks.
It has been 1 year now but my testicular size and sperm has not improved.
My hypothesis is that my testicles (especially the receptors in the leydig cells) became desensitized to LH as they did not received any LH signals for 7 weeks.
I found an article that could confirm this hypothesis
https://www.team-andro.com/phpBB3/hc...d-t129163.html

The blood tests of 2 months ago say :
LH : 5.0
FSH : 1.9
TT : 6.0 ng/ml
E2 : 41 pg/ml
Inhibin B : 217.2 pg/ml
AMH : 18.9 ng/ml (very high)
Prolactin : 9.5 ng/ml
My testicular sizes are 12 ml and 10.5 ml.
The fact that LH (5.0) is high compared to Testosterone (6.0), suggests that leydig cells do not respond as they should to LH signal in producing testosterone.
This supports the hypothesis of Leydig cells desensitized to LH...

I wonder if HCG can resensitize Leydig cell receptors to LH.
You can read a lot about HCG dosages to reverse testicular atrophy but I am confused...

The things to avoid would be
- Over stimulation of LH receptors with HCG because can further desensitize LH receptors (not good for recover).
- Over stimulation of LH receptors with HCG because raises intratesticular E2 too much which cannot be managed with anastrozole (not good for recover).

Tell me yours, thank you very much.

Why worry about "desensitization" when you feel you are already desensitized? That is an old article with "Adult Rats Treated Chronically with an Excess of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin"

You are not a RAT. You are not talking about treating CHRONICALLY. You are not talking about EXCESS. Also, the desensitization wasn't permanent but rather “Leydig cells may remain in a state of reduced receptor number (partial desensitization) throughout the extended treatment

Furthermore, you are producing normal amounts of testosterone from a normal about of LH. You ball are working normally with regard to testosterone.

Sperm is obviously a problem. Aside from noticing ball shrinkage (in just 7 weeks), how do you know you were producing normal amounts of sperm previously? Between 3 to 12% of men have idiopathic infertility. So you have about a 1 in 14 chance of being a person who was not producing sufficient sperm regardless of trying DHT.

Yes, because I had read that at 17 androgen receptors are more sensitive and therefore there is a higher probability that the penis will grow under DHT effect.
It was also working quite well, the problem is that I have not properly handle HPTA suppression and PCT...

So you say that DHT actually DID increase your penis size ... and in just 7 weeks! At your age this would be unusual. Normally using of T or DHT must be done before 16 years old to get results. Therefore be alert to there may be a more fundamental issue involved. Or ... consider that people grow at different rates and many develop even in their early 20's. Perhaps your count as well.

BTW your AMH [18.9 ng/ml] is low, not high

You already got yourself in trouble by trying to be your own doctor... Now you want to do it again by taking the advice of AAS users on the web? Sounds like you learned nothing to me.

Finally a voice of REASON on MESO !

And to think the OPs concern is one of fertility at AGE 18 WTF!

As I told you the 1st time you posted this question in this thread you have normal T levels, normal lh levels. Desensitized would be if you had the same level of lh or higher with low T levels. Not sure what you think short term hCG use will accomplish. How do you know your balls shrank, how did you calculate volume, did you do it yourself or the dr. If you did it yourself what formula did you use and how did you measure?

I still stand by the advice I gave you earlier, enjoy life as you’re 18 years old. Too young to give a damn about sperm count and ball size, should care more about having sex and getting an education or something.

Guys,
1 year ago before I took that DHT gel, my testicles were bigger and fuller, my ejaculate was bigger and denser, my erections were more frequent and more intense.
I'm sure, damn it.
I know, I only fucked myself, I fucked my life, I was a fool.
It's been 1 year since I took that damn gel but my balls haven't recovered their size, their current measured volume is 10.5 and 12ml.
Before DHT they were about 16-17ml.
On March 11th I have an appointment with a new andrologist and I hope he can help me...
I wonder, is there anything I can do to recover the size of my balls, my sperm etc.?
I read about HCG, HMG, Nolvadex, Clomid but I'm afraid to do more damage, I haven't taken anything since I stopped DHT.
I'm only 18 years old and can something help me? I'm depressed.

There are probably things that can be done. But you have an appointment with a specialist and it will work better to NOT mess with hormones prior to his running tests and making an evaluation. You've made it a year ... just wait 6 more weeks.

It is kind of weird that you got more growth where you wanted it. And even more unusual that you have not made proper recovery, though most your labs look fine. But you haven't ruined your life. It is likely fixable and plenty of things to look forward to. It just a setback and depression/anxiety is natural. See what this next doc can do. Was the previous one a Urologist?

A lot of those those issues, especially poor/infrequent erections can be caused by the depression. I still don’t know how you measured testicular size and calculated volume. If you did it yourself and used a poor formula to determine volume you can be off by as much as 3ml.

I’d listen to @Old and wait to see the dr. It’s actually only 4 weeks and a weekend wait.
