Yes, I agree. So, last summer I did nothing but cardio and diet but had loads of free time before and after work so did loads of walking everyday. I used to use DNP for two weeks of my cut and T3 throughout, every year for about 6 years before Covid. I think it is far to say that 200-250mgs of DNP is not what I would consider seriously dangerous, especially with the years of research I had done. Always, hydrated and never too far from an ice cold AC unit etc. Even 400mgs per day is still relatively safe if you are taking the right precautions and not doing it in 40 degree heat etc. I am not by any means saying DNP is safe and I would never encourage people to use it. Neither would I advise Clen. I think only becomes an issue when abused... I think it gets a bad rep because people can accidentally take 4000mgs and 2000mgs of test and tren if you have no clue what you are doing and inject everyday (which I have witnessed and it took me a while to work why this lad in my gym went from being skinny to a fucking monster. He then told me his dosages and I had to explain to the guy he is seriously over doing the gear as it was not prop and ace, it was Ent300 and Cyp but I forget the dose) and you have no immediate problems until that Tren starts to fuck with them, so you simply stop taking those ridiculous amounts. With no knowledge on DNP, I think people see other people abusing gear and think that means you can do whatever you want with anything. DNP you take 1000mgs the first day having no knowledge, think "ah shit it's not working" Take 1500mgs the next day think exactly the same and by day 4-5 when it all kicks in you are dead.
I don't have enough time to get in shape for summer for many different reasons one having 3-4 months off from a hand injury. I am limited to one gym session per day, unless I do cardio at midnight, but I am on Ritlain so I crash in the evening and it messes up my sleep big time if I train after 9pm. When possible, I am getting cardio in during my lunch break and then a lot at the weekends. I won't have enough time to get in shape whilst trying to recomp at my current body fat. So, 200mgs of DNP for a week or two massively speeds up this process. I do usually use T3 and rarely use Clen as I already take Ritlain for mild ADHD and combining the two is not great on the heart.
My attitude is and always will be, just keep dieting and cardio until you get your desired result, but I am going to need a little extra help this year.I also don't rate Clen tbh
