1g tren 700mg test prop for 12 weeks - 7lbs pure muscle realistic ?

i want to keep abs from start to finish like zyzz did and just add lean mass.

if i start the prop and tren a cycle at 11% is it possible to add 7 lbs lean muscle mass and get to 10 or 9 % bf ?

I saw the 3yr pics of the guy going from
170 to 250, and that was pretty damn good..
I just don't get why this one is so amazing
 
diet i need advice this is wear i have failed and for my goals i need it in check.

1.) lean bulk whilst on cycle 250 calorie surplus ?
2.) macros 300g protein , how much fat g ? then fill rest with complex carbs.
3.) is there such thing as the best anabolic foods?
 
leaning bulking on tren will i gain fat or any fat with tren ? for example should i be in a 250 cal or 500 cal surplus. ?

off cycle i would bulk on 250 cals but not sure what to do on cycle
 
my maintence is 3500 cals - your suggesting eating at a 1500 cal surplus even on 500mg tren a , i would gain fat of that , i want to maintain or loose fat but gain 7lbs solid muscle.
