hola, this is the second math+workout related question ive posted (so far, lol).
what im trying to figure out is: i lifted 237 twice (bench) and am curious what this would be as a 1rm. ive seen a couple different ways to figure this but i thought id ask here, thanks!

Predicting One-rep Max

You're welcome. :)

PS I used to use this calc for every workout in order to accurately work out at say 70% 1RM max then 75, then 80. But a few months ago I just switched to xRM, such as 12 RM, 10 RM, and 8RM. It's much easier in my opinon and achieves the same progressive load effect.

PPS Why lift 2RM? Unless you're a powerlifter there is zero benefit except maybe stroking the ego :). I don't waste my time with anything less than 6 RM.
