I will be running a 12 week cycle of Pharmacoms Test E. I went and had bloods done today, i ordered the female hormone panel through privatemd labs. Hopefully ill get those back quickly and i will post them on here.
I am 25, 5ft 11" and 200lbs.
My cycle will be this:
Weeks 1-12 Pharmacoms test E- 600mg a week, pinning Monday and Thursday
Weeks 2-14 Arimidex .25mg EOD an I'll adjust dosage if I need to.
Weeks 4-12 HCG 500iu weekly pinning 250iu monday and Thursday.
Pct: weeks 15-18
Clomid 50/50/50/25
Nolvadex 20/20/20/10
If any gyno symptoms show up during cycle I have the Nolvadex on hand.
My goal is to put on as much lean mass as possible. I also hope to improve on my chest and calves as that is my weakest areas.
My diet - 3500 to 3700 calories. I will adjust as I need to according to the scale and mirror, but that is what I will start with. I am aiming for 400g Carbs, 300g protein 100g fats.
Training - I will train 5-6 days a week.

Shoulders
I do abs as much as possible at the end of my workouts depending on time. I also do 20mins cardio everyday.I workout at 0430.
So my day will looks something like this.
0400- wake up and pwo meal
0430- train
0630- post workout meal 1
0900- meal 2
1130- meal 3
1430- meal 4
1730-meal 5
2030 - meal 6
I know this is not the most detailed log or the most exciting but I am just looking to keep track of my progress and keep learning from you guys. If I left anything out, yall just call me out on it but I believe that's everything for now.
Question: Should I wait to get my blood work back before I make my first pin or is alright to start now?
