1st Cycle in 30 years

I have been reading a lot on Meso threads And wanted some advice. I used gear in college 30 years ago, so lots of changes. I am 48 y/I and have dropped 30lbs in the last 3 months and still have some fat to loose, but burning off slow now, around 20 % bf and still working out 6 days a week.

I am looking at starting a cycle and I want to bulk up muscle while dropping some more fat. What do you recommend?
I'm looking at 12 week cycle and stacking PHARAM Mix 2 (12 weeks) with DIANABOLOS 10 (1-4 weeks) and using CLOMOS for my pct. Also, maybe ROAS as standby if I start getting acne.

Let the fun begin...
 
Appreciate the advice. So I will look at running Test e only only x2 a week. You think this will help me cut be% enough or should maybe add clen?
 
Hey bud. I'm coming back after several years of inactivity in the weight room. I personally trained natural for 9 months to strengthen connective tissues so my old ass would have a fighting chance to not hurt myself once I started the ped's. At 49, my test levels suck and I'm not looking to have any more kids so trt is the route I have chosen when not cycling. I have been on prescribed trt before this so its not anything new to me. When ready for ped's, I chose to begin with 250mg test for 12 weeks. After this I returned to trt for 8 weeks then began a test only cycle of 500mg for 8 weeks. It was at this point that I felt I had built up my connective tissues and the rest of my body enough so that I could safely begin running more advanced cycles without injuring myself.

Your diet and cardio is the only thing that will cut body fat% clen will help but it won't do it alone.
 
@ironwill1951 appreciate the advice. I have read through @Oregongearhead thread on nutrition. I am already eating like that for the most part. Low carbs and high protein. I have been eating around 1600 calories a day, no drinks except water and combining it with 30 minutes of cardio followed by an hour of weights. I have dropped 30lbs in 3 months and body has transformed pretty well considering my age (48). I plan to continue this plan until I start my cycle in March and then I will have to eat more to support muscle growth. I am just trying to figure out what I am going to do for first cycle in 30 years. I am now leaning towards test e only cycle for 10-12 weeks.

Appreciate everyone's hints and advise, been a long time since I've done this.

@Shallz68 --Like we talked about earlier a 500mg/wk test-cyp or e would be the most logical cycle to start off . And a anti-estrogen like Arimidex is a good idea too because of water retention/bloat . Run it 12 weeks and eat a high protein/lo-carb or low fat diet. They both work your choice.
