1st cycle input

Hey everyone, I thought i would seek some input and advice for my 1st cycle. First off, I am 45 YO, 175lb @ 12-14% BF. Ive been lifting seriously for 5 years and decided its time to take the plunge. My lifting has been primarily Power lifting for the last 2 years. My best total is 1195 @ 171.
The cycle will (barring Modifications) look like this...
1. Test P @ 75 MG ED or 150 MG EOD (input here would be appreciated as the daily should give more stable blood levels but double the pins)
2. HGH @ 4 IU ED split in 2 IU AM & PM pins. (input on timing appreciated)
3. Adex @ .25 EOD
4. HCG @ 500 IU/week slit into (2) 250 IU (Mon/Thurs). AM or PM, and timing input sought?
For PCT, I was going to go with Clomid @ 50-50-50-50 and Nolva @ 20-20-20-20, 5 days after last Test P injection.I have enough of these to adjust up if needed so any suggestions here would be welcomed.
I plan on running this for 12 weeks then PCT. I have found conflicting opinions on 8 weeks vs 12 weeks for a cycle like this, so again, any input is appreciated.
My goals are to add 6-9 lean pounds while decreasing BF by 2-4% Safely with minimal sides. I understand that diet and training will have the most to do with this and I will be eating super clean 6 days a week with a mildly "dirty" meal on Sundays. 15-18 kcal/lb (adjusting up if needed), 1.5-2.0 G protien/pound with remaining kcal slit between carbs and fat, depending on training days and off days. Peri workout nutrition and majority of carbs around training time.
Do these goals seem realistic? The above items are what I have on hand and I am not interested in adding orals or any exotic compounds on my first run. I eagerly await your feedback.
 
The cycle you suggest looks good to me. Myself, I don't like to inject more than a couple times a week, and ideally, one time each week, but you are on the right track.

IMO, very realistic and easily obtainable goals. Get it bro! Looks good
 
Thanks guys. I know I posted this in the wrong area so I reposted in the proper location. That makes it redundant but the breach in ediquette was unintentional. Thank you TBJ. I appreciate the feedback. I know this is a pretty standard cycle but just want to sanity check this before starting. Is the pip with test p as bad as advertised? I know it depends largely on the gear. I'm using Defiant Labs Test. Can anyone with experience comment on the quality and pip with this brand?
 
First cycle i would stick to cyp and keep thise leves high and much less pinning, save all that pain for once you get used to it.....750 on the cyp once a week and you will grow!
 
You can absolutely cut on cyp, im saying this because your trying to gain muscle and cut......which is very possible if your diet is on point
 
Solid advice above.

However, IMHO i would stick to a standard beginners 12 week cycle and keep it simple. 500mg per wk of cyp or enth and twice per wk pinning schedule.

The rest of your cycle is fine. And i agree, your goals are realistic.
 
Thanks again Norther and Big Mike (and evryone who has offered advice). I already have the Prop so at this point I am committed. I'm not looking forward to the EOD pinning but I am looking forward to the (potentially) faster results and stable blood levels. Hopefully this willmean fewer sides. I started the HGH 3 days ago and will start the Test as soon as my PCT arrives. If anyone is interested, I can keep a log and update regularly once this cycle kicks off?
 
Don't feel committed just because you bought your Prop already. That's a pretty small part of the whole cycle's expense. What are you gonna do if you are one of the people that get wicked post injection pain, and prop is notorious for this. What if the prop you injected in 6 days ago is still hurting, and it's time to pin that muscle again.

I'd get some cyp or enth instead, maybe use that prop as a little kick start or taper off at the end.
 
@Burrr and Big Mike, I may indeed switch to Cyp or Eth. I plan on starting this bad boy next Monday and "kick start" with the Prop. If pip or long term soreness is an issue, I will definitely switch to the C or E. If that winds up being the case, would either of you (or anyone else for that matter) recomend taking the cyp and prop in the same pin (say Monday) and then switch to just cyp in the next injection (say Thursday) or would there need to be a longer taper with the prop? If a mixed dose is recomended, would 50/50 Cyp-Prop be the correct Monday dose and then a full dose of Cyp for the Thursday dose? Would I have increased sides from fluctuating blood levels due to the change? Any input is always valued
 
I'd just make the switch, no big deal.

I have a few questions about the timing of all the various pinning I will be doing. I will have to pin the test in the evening PWO because that is the best time for me to be consistent throughout the week. On the days I will be pinning the HCG and test , should I just pin it at the same time and on days the HCG pins are non test days, just pin in the evenig as well? I plan on taking the Arimidex on the same days as the test. Should this be done at the same time as the test or maybe the morning of the same day or on non test days? I have to pin the HGH ED in the AM and PM and I can take the Adex and HCG at either/or AM/PM of any day.I know these seem like silly questions but I am going to kick off on Monday and would love to hear what has worked for any of you in the past and what has been effective,
 
Doesnt matter. Same time each day is more important - this applies to just about any drug. Personally i like to inject my hCG the day before my LONG estered testosterone injection simply because hCG spikes twice. But it shouldn't make that much of a difference.
