1st cycle- (no clomid>?) Help!!!!!!!

Im planning my first cycle.

I need as much feedback as I can get. I really dont know anyone in real life who can help, so you guys really mean the world to me.

1-10 test enan. 500mg (250x2 week)
1-10+pct-novla at 10 or 20mg????
1-10+pct-femera at .5mg?
pct-clomid ????

Im getting mixed opinions, I was just told that I really dont need clomid and I should use deca or eq. I heard that deca brings some nasty sides.

Im really nervous about the side-effects, the bloating and acne.

Im a big guy at 6'4-6'5, 260+ Big chest, big shoulders, big arms. (21age)
training 3 years.

I use to weigh over 330 and i dropped around 100lb and gained alot of muscle mass. I believe I have some serious potential. I just dont want to mess anything up. Please help me out
 
i recommend not doing test for your first cycle. 300mg/wk EQ by itself is a good first cycle, or 200mg/wk of Deca. your first cycle you want to maintain as much of your gains as possible, and test will just make you blow up then deflate. IMO, a person's first couple cycles are when they can gain off the lowest dosages, but they also have the ability to lose that muscle easier because the body is not used to juice. I would recommend the EQ over Deca by the way because its alot less suppressive. For your second cycle do an anabolic + an oral (ex: deca and dbol). then for your third cycle add in Test and your body will be more accustomed to maintaining the mass you gain.

Also, drop the nolvadex. its completely useless and will just fuck up everything by blocking your IGF1 receptors. clomid is important though at the end, or you can just use Tribestan...works just as good for me.

I keep reading that 1st timers should only use test to start out with.

can anyone else clarify this, please post your opinions.

Yes you do have potential. Read Phreezers First Cycle FAQ at the top of the board. Everything you ever wanted to know but were afraid to ask is right there.

dude never do a deca only cycle. bro deca dick is real. i did it and i didnt gain much strength or size and my libido was shot.

dude make your first cycle test only. dont take nolv during your cycle unless you start getting itchy nips. no offense bros but deca at 200mg ew wont do shit.

you dont need clomid, nolv pct will be find. shit with all the research companies out here you can have a bottle at your doorstep in a few days. its no biggie.

TEST ONLY FOR YOUR FIRST CYCLE. 400-500MG EW. 8-12 WEEKS

I plan on doing 500mg test plus a low dose of eq, Is that to much for a 1st timer?

I hear that will be a great cycle?

I have alot of extra skin from losing so much weight. I need to fill in more of it ( with hard muscle, not water or fat)
 
the stuff that phatboy is saying is such newbie ignorance. i've only done 5 cycles but most of my friends and training partners are competitors and one is an IFBB pro. test only for a first cycle is like jumping all the way to Step 3 without passing thru Step 1 and 2 first (and not in a good way).

Use as little gear as you need to for each cycle, be as conservative as possible, because each cycle you will need to use more and more because of receptor upgrade. Dont think about doing everything under the sun for your first cycle because no matter how much shit you put in your body you'll still only gain 20-25 lbs at most. All you do with the excess gear is cause your receptors to build up a tollerance and raise the amounts you'll need in each subsequent cycle in order to make any gains at all. Think into the future....you can't be Arnold overnight, no matter how big your first cycle is.

So test enanth and EQ is safe for a 1st timer?


500mg test and 300mg EQ for 10 weeeks?

also, I know I should do 250mg of test twice a week, should I split up the EQ too?

yes, it helps to maintain stable levels in your system. Also, make sure you have a full regimine of PCT on hand before you stick sht in yourself. Did you read Phreezers sticky?
 
nice argument you have going here - however IMO 250 mgs of deca a week is a waste of time - he wont get gains from that or if he does it will be minimum at best.
He is better to do a test/EQ cycle with test at 500 mgs per week and the EQ at 400 mgs per week. Even for a first timer this is a safe easy cycle that gives good lean gains that are maintainable.

I would never use deca alone as I know how it shuts me down when I run it with test - I cant even begin to think what would happen if I ran it alone - I know some can and maybe this guy can - but not at 250 per week. He would need 400 minimum to see any results. Any higher than 400 per week and there had better be test in there.

Not to add fuel to the flames but I dont agree with deca only cycles either

I know you're not a newbie Deacon, i've seen you around since the days of the old Renegade and Varix. But this guy is 21 years old, and his test levels are at almost their max right now. Don't you think his natural test production would be able to withstand a first cycle of only an anabolic? From what i've seen, the first time you do a cycle with Test your axis and gainskeeping abilities will never be the same. I know a dozen guys that did their first cycle with only an anabolic and gained 20+lbs of muscle and then kept 90% of it after the cycle. I just believe that a person should use only the minimum amount of juice for their first few cycles in order to make gains because if you have to use 2g of test/wk by your 4th or 5th cycle just to make gains then you're doing something wrong. i know plenty of people that have made this mistake too.

to Phatboy, no i dont look like a national level competitor, and neither do 95% of the posters on this board. but alot of us are wise beyond our physiques. i'm willing to bet you're not 260lbs at 5'9 with veins also, because i dont know anyone on this board that is that big except Gymvet i think.

by the way, i've be lifting for almost 10 years now and juicing since 1999, so we're not much different in that aspect. I just took a 2 yr break from juice until recently, so thats probably why you have many more cycles under your belt, either that or you don't stay off long enough between cycles.

Your best bet is reading Maxreps sticky posted at the top of the page. OK now you've picked your cycle...what does your PCT look like???
Oh, and nolva won't block igf-1 either. But it will keep your bloodpressure in check and help avoid itchy nips, but in know way will it hinder your results.
 
And yes you need clomid for PCT! You could use nothing after your cycle and recover, but it will take a long time and you will lose most if not all of your gains. The key to keeping what you put on is fast recovery, and clomid fits this bill the best. Personally, I use both nolva and clomid for PCT and recover faster than than either alone. (hcg helps greatly if coming off a long cycle too)

test alone isnt good, i would go with eq or deca as u said.. if your into bulking, personally i didnt get no side effects except a little bloating and acne.

i didnt use any clomid i just used nolva and hcg i lost a total of 4 pounds gained 18

what was your cycle. nothings good if youre not eating right, training and resting. im not saying that you werent but im curious of that test cycle. also there a some who dont respond to test very well. one of my old homies was that way. he got nothing but sides.
