1st oral cycle winny, var and albuterol..

So she's roughly 170 (mostly muscle).. Not sure what he BF is. She wants to get lean and bigger at the same time (obviously we all do right?) She's taken var, winny, and clen before but none at the same time. So you would recommend just taking the var and clen instead of all 3? I was thinking somewhere along the lines at starting 10mgs a day of var/winny, then up to 20mg after the first week. Stay with 40mcg of clen a day. Run for 8 weeks. Bad idea? Thoughts? I'm really clueless about women cycling. Maybe send me a message? I'd hate to hijack this thread lol
 
Thank you for your input. My girlfriend was wanting me to get her on clen winny and var and I just don't know enough about compounds for women.. This definitely helped.
I should also mention that the main difference between clen and albuterol are not only the 'how to' but also the simple fact that Albuterol protects and preserves muscle and clen usually attacks it first. Plus I don't get the jitters like with clen.

you're experience is that clen is "catabolic"?

It's always worked wonders for me in regards to fat loss while retaining lbm

Legit growth hormone and igf-1 are not taken orally they are taken by injection. Taking it any other way is a waste of time and money... They can be taken with very small gauge syringe as well. If you are too scared of a little pinch then get someone else to do it the first time. Do it once and you'll laugh at yourself for making a big deal out of it.

However - HGH and other peptide injections are often spread throughout the day up to three times and it is often very expensive especially considering it is going to be run for 6 months just to see the full benefits. So... yeah probably wanna stick with that anavar for now if you're not up for all that.
You're so right, it's that first hurdle I gotta get over! And so right about GearGodess. Omg, thanks a mil for that recommendation. I have a lot of research ahead of me but I'm so glad to have come here. I will post how I progress for sure.
 
Ok... the general feel of the responses you got are exactly the same as to what I'm thinking... being new and mixing so many compounds isn't the greatest idea. Especially if you don't know how you respond to each on its own.

In my opinion, and I'll address the diet post in a sec. Pick one var or winny and run that for at least 8-12 or 6-8 weeks. I'll explain in a sec. Let me get one myth out, Var is NOT a fat burner. It will assist with it if diet and training is on point and usually helps with the belly as it is known to "flatten it" in both men and women. It's almost as it targets the mid section.

If you go the var route, 5mg is low, it's an ok start but you can take up to 20mg. I would increase to 10mg in your second week if no sides then again the week after... as long as youre not getting any undesirable sides...if you are wanting to harden up, get some strength, get more lean mass and just about no bad sides as it's very mild but potent compound. Var is a slow but solid lean mass gains that you will most likely keep after cycle... you want to plan on taking it for a good 8-12 weeks. It won't get you huge and you wouldn't put on 20 lbs in such a short time or "blow" up. Var doesn't blow you up. You may shrink in inches but scale will be the same or may go up a few pounds... If it does, it may not be var. You probably ended up with dbol. Also, as I mentioned in many other threads, with var you must keep your protein and water in check. Of course clean diet is always beneficial to any compound and to get results.

Now winny, you can also run it up to 25mg...6-8 weeks is a good run. You should notice more size on winny but what's nice about it, you will have even more strength than var. Winny is a less patient compound. You should expect to increase on the scale as well.

Out of these two, since this is your first run, I'd run var. Less sides, solid lean gains you will keep, and no rebounds.

As for Albuterol and not clen. I actually prefer Albuterol. If paired with T3 for about 6 weeks, it's an incredible fat burning combo. Plus you can run it straight without needing to do the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off like clen. Albuterol will preserve your muscle and burn fat. How are you running the Albuterol?

Trust me legit anavar will do amazing things for you if your diet and training is right. The girl I was talking about was stuck at 112 for a year and her diet and training were pretty good. We added the var and damn did it do amazing things, it was really good anavar tho so that's another thing. I don't want to disrespect my friend so I will keep it clean lol, but my arms were bigger than her legs and now she just looks crazy hahaha in a good way.

You can reach your goals trust me, you just have to remember this ain't a race it takes time and a lot of it lol. You are doing really good from your picture so you should be proud of that.

As for the igf-1 and hgh don't buy anything that claims its oral in my opinion. She said she couldn't do needles, but it's so small you won't even feel it I promise. You can use a 31g needle and it won't bother you at all. She pins herself now, I did at first but she started and said its no problem.

Keep doing what you're doing its working and if you ever need anything we are always here.
I will. It means a lot to hear the different outcomes of prior experience. Just knowing I can ask questions and get honest answers helps me go forward in confidence. I'm all pumped up now lol. Hopefully my 2wk progress will be sweet!

I wasn't nervous until I had the pin in hand ready to stab... I hesitated for an instant but looked away and stabbed my delt. I had to look back to double check I hadn't missed cause I felt nothing at all. That was 25ga too. So I can't imagine what a 31ga would feel like but if someone wants to donate a 6 month supply of some pharma GH I'll let you know!!

yeah that's how i was .. except in my ass.. lot more flesh and muscle down there than in your delt too lol so a 25 feels like nothing. try running out and shoving a 20 in there from tractor supply co for a week :( it was the smallest they had. now THAT hurt.
