Ok, just done my first shot.

Not too bad so far. Seemed to aspirate ok. Felt absolutely fine but bled like crazy. I'm suprised; "Why can I not feel that bloody great thing poking out of my ass?"

Used a 20 gauge as that's all getpins had in stock at the time.

Just relised the gym has shut early today :/ (6pm!)

Got a bit of primo left in the amp. Anything I can do with it? Drink or save for another day somehow safely?

Yeah, using a 20 guage pin is like sticking a railroad spike into your ass. Not FUN...
Get some 23's or even 25's

primo is too expensive to waste -- load it up in a syringe. and like the other guys said -- 23g is the way to go. i really don't notice any pain difference between a 23 and a 25 so i always just go w/ 23.

I remember my first shot.I must have waited 15 minutes just looking at the needle.I just said screw it and pushed it in.After all was said and done I felt great.

You didnt go in a vein, but your definitely sliced one. normally there is a dull pain associated with it. Just try and stay away from that particular spot.

well I say bled alot but it was actually just a teaspoon full. I did aspirate but not hard enough?

I have been using 23g to draw then I change to a new 25g needle to inject. This insures that I am injecting with a perfectly clean needle. I get maybe a drop or two of blood if that.
