Nice to still see a bunch of you guys still around! I havent posted in a while, but I thought I'd throw in my .2:
I am 26 male and been training for 3 years. I am 156 lb and 5ft5in. (what were your stats when you started training? It seems at first glance than you should be able to realise significant gains from tweaking your training and or diet before resorting to AAS...tweaks which would stand you in good stead when you DO start using)
My arms are nearly 15 in flexed. I have reached a plateau and would like to do a light cycle to give me a boost. My ultimate goal is to gain about 10lb. (Ultimate goal for this cycle? Seriously, you should be able to put on 10 lbs of quality weight with a bulking training and nutrition program followed by a lean program...probably take a few months start to finish and no drugs required. At your weight, 10 lbs should be relatively simple man)
I am thinking of doing a cycle of test cypionate at 200mg per week (1cc) for 8 weeks. (UM, IMO this would be better suited for a leaning cycle, but at your weight and experience it would seem like it would work. Whether or not you would be able to keep them (even with a great PCT) would seem more problematic...no disrespect, but if you cant put on 10 lbs naturally at this point, then you probably wont be able to keep them once you ar no longer on)
Do you think this can give me the boost i require? ( I personally think you need to lift some heavy shit and eat alot more )
Also do I need any PCT with such a low amount? ( YES )

Dude, don't speak if you're going to say stupid shit. It is NOT anywhere even fucking CLOSE to what you produce in a week. 200mg is significantly more testosterone than the body makes in a week.
besides the previous post.... This threads from 2011!!?? LolAre you suggesting to taper down on the Test Cyp INSTEAD of doing PCT with (for example) Nolvadex and Aromasin? I remember reading about how old school bodybuilders would use a sort of pyramid style for using testosterone, is this similar to what you are explaining?
Guyzzzzzz ......You'll see gains at 200mg, but if you're going to shut yourself down, at least make it worthwhile.
I'd do 400mg at a minimum for 10-12 weeks. You'll explode if your diet and training are kosher.

This thread is 5 years old! Most of these people haven't logged on since then either.....
But at 8 weeks he will really only be a couple weeks into stable blood levels...i would suggest 10 week min and 12 week better at 400mg/wk400mg would be enough, 8 weeks is a decient time to run it. And Yes you will need PCT.
