It was badly stated on my part. I only know a few competitive bodybuilders and they aren't my close friends. I was making a broad generalization about bodybuilding as an industry.

I cannot speak for those three. I can speak for one other pro and two amateurs that were trained by one of the mentioned above trainers and they both got their pro cards. I can tell you his regimen was definitely not 2 grams of test a week. It wasn't even over a gram of week if test. He used a lot of orals(even proviron), and other injectables switching all them up through a 16 week period. Also forgot to add gh.Is this correlated to the typical bb on a forum? Or do you believe like Phil,Kia, big ramy as well don't do this? That it's completely genetic and how they respond. I I've read you respond very well to low doses, I am just wondering from a total aspect. I've never slammed 2g of test in myself cause I already know you would be able to milk me like a cow, plus my wife would be pissed me having bigger tits then her.

I can tell you I would never advocate 2 grams of test for any of my competitors.

You know I would absolutely agree, I am not what you would say a good responder. You know naturally I sat at about 190, and I only now sit at about 215. Some of it genetics (fuck you dad!!) and some of it dedication to the "life". Work, kids, wife, not being able to eat on such a consistently I need really plays a roll. I would agree test doses above 1g seems insane, I don't even notice a difference except for strength. That's why I don't do it anymore to many sides vs rewards. Then again I see fuck wads I was bigger as a natural level. Then soon as they juice they blow up like balloons ( they don't eat right, workout right) they respond though. It's defiantly genetics. I have heard that GH is defiantly a game changer though. I have seen it first hand from a buddy. Simply though you either have it or don't. Mands defiantly knows his shit though.
when you say pro, what level??I have a friend that is a pro.He is in his early 40's and started lifting when he was 15 years old. I've seen pictures of him when he was 19 right before he started using aas. I've been trying for years to look like he did when he was still basically a kid. Very genetically gifted. Huge legs,forearms and a small waist. I don't know his dosages but I know he uses gh and he changes up compounds during a cycle.
bostin loyd is a prime example of how more is not better.. that fuckin dickhead was using ridiculous amounts of gear and looked like shit.
He's recently gotten a proper coach who's taught him to train properly and seems to be actually getting somewhere though.
@mands have you posted a write up of a BBers cycle that you know of first hand?? id love to check that
This is well said and needs to be taken into consideration to all that want to use PED's. Time and patience should be used and we can all lose sight of that.Exactly we can't all be 300 lb monsters. I mean would you truly want to anyways? You eventually need to make peace with the fact your never going to be the biggest guy around, simply not going to happen. Once you do you won't be putting obscene amounts of hormones in your body destroying it and only gaining tits and high BP and horrible cholesterol levels. Double the amount doesn't equal double the results. The most demoralizing part is the fact seeing the pieces of shit who don't even dedicate themselves blow up and you working as hard as you can. Plus people like mands that are in the 40 year age didn't get there in 4 months. Most the truly bigger guys I see are in there 35-50 range. To many people want now results instead of being healthy and gaining it over the long term goal. Being 260 now isn't honestly any better then 260 in 5 years and being healthier doing it as long as you reach your goal.

We aren't saying you won't have benefits with 2 grams of test. But, the sides and possible health issues out way the positives of running that much test. There are so many other PED's you can add that when ran together at lower doses that make up a great synergistic atmosphere. This is what you want.I know for a fact once you go above 1g Test there is a difference, so to say 2g there is no benefit is wrong. plus no one is elaborating on the other said drugs the pro's or amateurs are taking. from peptides, HGH, slin ect.

I think this is true for 90% of people.Hypothetically if running 2 grams a week you need to be in a different sport or take up another hobby other than the gym.
On another note I would be pissed has hell.

I'm over 40 and I've been on TRT for a littler over 6 years now. I did not blast and cruise before that. I also took almost 2 years off the gym within that time frame and another 6-8 month when I tore my distal bicep on the 4th of july three years ago. Hell I didn't even touch Tren until I was 37.How old are you? How long have you been on trt? Did you blast and cruise before?
I've never run 2G's of test, so IDK what it's like.I totally agree with mands on that test itself does not need to be ran at over a g even because most pros or comp. have regimens that consist of constantly changing types of AAS throughout a. Cycle they might use 3 or 4 different ones. Now dudes a tool but kinda like piana says he will run dbol for a week or few days and then run var then switch to a bombs (just using it as a example). Constantly throwing the body for a loop and not having to constantly up the dose, but so it doesn't get used to it. Just like pain killers our body gets used to any drug and adapts. The more and more I have experimented I find this regimen to be true IME that is working best for me now. Wunderpus I am not challenging you or saying your doing it wrong, we all respond differently. That's why we all have to do different things.
