Bro I just finished a 6 week run of clen/T3 right after
a 12 week bulking cycle and honestly the only thing
i did was limit my carbs and make sure they were all
good carbs, no sugars... Basically just cut my carb
potions in half at each meal and with the clen/T3
the fat just came off quick and easy... I ended my
bulking phase at 240lbs and 6 weeks later I'm down
to 212lbs and looking alot tighter and more defined...
I know I lost some muscle coming down that quick, but
i usually do things the extreme route anyway... With the
T3 especially you shouldn't have to worry about doing
a true low carb diet... Just limit what you take in, throw
in a little cardio ( I did very little to be honest ) and let
the clen/T3 do what it's suppose to do...
