I know neither company, but i would also say they are the same. Is one cheaper then the other?
Prices are similar, but not the same. They have different reps. Websites are somewhat similar. Guess they could just be the same company.
You know call me biased but considering CEM-MESO is a major advertiser on this forum my first stop was and would be THEM.

Yeah, I used mess many years ago. Used them for t3, albutrrol, pct items and adex. Was very happy with them. Been brewing for years now so haven't used them in quite a while. Never dawned on me to check them out for peps. First ever pep run, here. Think I'll give them a go on my next order.
