2 questions about Low e2 and Short ester PIP

2 questions...

(1) will I do any harm when lifting while my e2 is so low that I can hear my knees when squatting. I'd rather take couple days off then to continue lifting and cause unnecessary wear and tear on my joints.

(2). Short esters such as test prop causes more PIP than longer esters such as test c and e. Anybody have any ideas why NPP isn't causing any PIP? I thought NPP would cause similar PIP was test prop, but I was happily surprised.

Thanks.

Why is your E2 low?

Test prop doesn't have to cause plp. Neither does npp if they are produced right.

My guess is the npp has less ba.

I made a mistake and took .5 Adex two days in a row instead of EOD. I feel fine. Only difference is I can hear my knees when squatting this morning.

I've never had test prop without any PIP. Best experience is 75mg/ml that wasn't/isn't PIP free, but so minor that I know I pinned the day earlier. Kinda like a getting hit with a golf club by a 5yr old vs tiger woods I his prime.

Thanks for insight about BA level. That explains a lot.

Current NPP has 2% BA. Is that lower than normal?

Npp is phenylpropriate which can carry a heavier load than prop. Any ester that has the ability to carry a heavier load without the ability to consistantly crash has always seemed to have less pop for me if its not overly dosed. Boldenone undecylenate, one of the longest esters around has proven painless at 200mg, for example

Thanks. Would mast prop have similar PIP to test prop?

The best way to understand what is happening in your body is to have blood work. If you don't do that, the second best way is to see improvement in joint pain.

Try 0.25 eod and increase it if you see your E2 may be rising to a level where it is a problem. Low e2 will screw up your cycle and gains.

2% BA is plenty. I have never homebrewed test prop with pip. I know for a fact that there is never any reason for pip, unless someone wants to get stupid with High dosed gear, which by the way is a marketing gimmick to draw noobs in.

Thanks. I do get routine blood work. I use .5 EOD based on my previous blood work. I am not concerned with controlling my e2 levels. I am concerned with the crackling sound from my knees when squatting. I've never heard that sound before. (I am assuming my e2 is lower than usual because I took .5 two consecutive days and due to sound)

So I was curious if any harm will result from lifting when e2 is low. Like I said earlier, I don't want to cause unnecessary wear and tear on my joints.

I am sure I have nothing to worry about because my e2 will increase as long as I don't mistakenly take too much Adex.

Although I am starting week 3 of NPP without any joint relief.

Nutt puncher that cracking sound could be from low E2 or old age. Either way, don't lift unless it is "THE GOOD KIND OF PAIN". If it is the bad kind of pain where you may be fucking yourself up, but you don't really know for sure, stop anyway.

If your e2 was considerably low you'd be feeling it in more joints than your knees.

OP's NPP is dosed 250/ML

I read your reply last night and thought about it until this morning. I think you are correct as I am in my (very) early 40s. Also I can't imagine my E2 will tank by taking .5 2 days in a row unless my E2 was already borderline low/normal....only way to know is by bloodwork which I do have in couple weeks.

FYI - My next vials of NPP 250mg/ml. My current vial which is almost gone is 150mg/ml.

how much does bloodwork cost there in america?

anywhere from $50-75ish - couple hundred. It all depends on what you want tested. For us AAS folks, it will cost between $50-75ish up to $125ish. It also depends where sign up at and whether or not you have a coupon code.

My insurance pays for my TRT bloodwork because its written by a doctor, but I have to carefully time my TRT bloodwork so that my doc doesn't think I am consuming anything else or above my prescribed TRT protocol.
