Is it aired on any specific channel? Try kodi and install what ever app happens to stream that channel. I watch UFC ppv events by using ukturks on kodi through the bt sports 1 channel that always airs them in the uk

I can't imagine not having a live feed with Levrone making a comeback. That alone should increase PPV buyers. $$$$
Bodybuilding.com didn't livecast it last year. AMI dumped them for Amazon.com to be the exclusive sponsor of the live video stream in 2015. I don't know about this year.

I didn't find any 2016 Olympia livestream info but I came across some interesting news about Olympia programming partnership between AMI and Dwayne Johnson's production company:
