Awesome lifts Animal Mass!! Do you wear a power suit for bench?

Unfortunately yes. I hate them, and after April I'm never going to wear one again because we've bastardized weightlifting so much. After that I'm going to try and win my strongman procard and compete in powerlifting raw. I want to bench 500 raw soon.

Are we talking about full reps or just pumping them out like the guy doing 500 for 20 reps in that video(something like that)

None of that bouncing quick 1/2 rep crap!!!

All have to complete full reps and no bouncing.
Bet that fact just cut most peoples rep totals by 20%..LOL

Damn, I just now found this thread. I wish I had read it a few days ago and I probably wouldn't have been so hard on ForemanRules. I like to rep 225 from time to time. I started trying it in high school (graduated 5 years ago). Back then I could go 28-32 reps at any given time. Now (post AAS) I good for 35-40 on a good day while I'm on a cycle.

It seems like I had so much more strength in high school. Maybe it was because I was lazier during the day and now I work so much that by the time I'm in the gym I'm already half gassed...

My strength has decreased over the years too, Beefy. I think my problem is due to age, at your age you should still be making steady gains. I'm larger now than I was 5-7 years ago, but not as strong. Back then I was benching 425 lbs for one rep and squatting 600 lbs for reps with knee wraps. Now I'm lucky to bench 385 lbs, and squat 485-500 lbs for reps. I was the strongest at age 28, I'm 35 now. Just do the best you can to eat and rest as much as possible.

My strength peaked @ 32, now im 45 and still have about 85% of my strength but my endurance sucks, its about 50% of what I had back then. Thats part of why I joined this board, Im educating myself as much as possible on roids and everything else thaat goes with it.

I think Im going to try this in the gym. See the thing is Im very used to dumbells and I never go under the bar.
