23g VS 25g

Some of you posted about using 25g 1.5 pins, heating the oil,and injecting slowing.This worked great, no pain what so ever. I was using the 23 1.5 and always just pushed it in and always had pain and sore for a day, not anymore, "Thanks to all" my pain in tha ass is gone.

another couple techniques that can help for injection soreness are:

-massage injection spot for a good 5 minutes after injection

-take hot shower and put the shower head on "full blast" over injection site

-heating pad and massage

I've always used 23 gauge needles and never had any problems. I haven't tried 25 although I think it would be harder to get the oil through even though its heated.

when i first started using gear all i could get was 18g now try puttin that in ya

but i never feel pain off of 23g

OUCH!!!!! Don't they use 18s in the Norweigian Whaling Industry? haha

I started with 21s and always felt like I was harpooning my self. Switched to 22s and I love em. I agree, 23s take too dam long to get the gear out...that is if you're taking big boy doses.

I use 25g for everything...never had any problems,,some of the thicker oils take a little longer though. You're thumb will be pumped by the time you get through.

try freezing your needles..it acts as a local anhestetic and relieves injection pain....
