I don't exactly recall what happened to old BFE but I know he hit the skids pretty hard with the opiates etc... He went downhill so fast it was hard to keep track. I'm sorry I missed Hogg setting him straight. Hogg is an intelligent fucker and has a definate way with words. It must have been a blast.......

I do remember one guy taking BFE's advice about the Glutamine and ending up in the hospital....... No shortage of morons in this world I suppose.....

Gotta admit that was pretty funny though. I took a pound of Glutamine and I passed out, my little brother found me, then they acussed me of ODing on drugs and now I have to get counseling. Fuckin classic!!

I remember the whole BFE thing rather well... I thought it was more sad than anything.... I actually recieved an email from him about a month ago.... something to the effect of "I'm 3 days clean from Heroin.. How are you?" "Btw.. Which sources are good right now?" ....

I emailed him back.. but I never got another reply.. I assume that 3 days out turned to 3 minutes out... I believe he said he was about 180lbs.. And hadn't touched a weight since before his surgery....

I think he needs our prayers more than he needs anything else..

Is my math off, or am I just drunk, but 1000 mg is 1g. SO that is 25 g of glutamine. Not toooo excessive. I have taken 10-15 g after a workout. But not 25. I think BFE was suggesting taking 75 g ED. Just my .02
