hey, just created account to build my posts, have always gotten info from here but decided to make an account to maybe earn respect to gain a domestic source. lets just say im from the country on the eastern middle side of the USA.

Im 5'10'' 263.8 lbs as of just now. I have been into training since i was 14 im now 25, i started at 280lbs, pure fat ass. im still carrying extra fat but i think im pretty built. I just benched 315lbs on the incline the other day for 3 clean reps. i have 18.5 inch arms... and an outline of my cage where my abs are hidden.

My problem is losing fat, i diet, i have done cycles... ive done ketosis... i lose weight verrrryyy slowly and i have to be so strict with my diet. I did a keto diet for 21 days, then added in carb loading for after my workouts only... about 6 weeks i have lost 8 lbs... and the past 2 weeks my weight hasnt budged... but on the plus, my 225lb reps for incline bench went up 5 reps in 6 weeks.

I am not currently on cycle, but im about to start a 12 week cycle of test 400, throw in 4 weeks of dbol, or anavar... maybe tren? Im keeping my carbs to a minimum, only at workouts and just enough to get me through workouts. Is 8 lbs in 6weeks normal... any advice.. i can put the weight on... just taking it off seems impossible, or im impatient one.

If i could guess im prob 23-25%bf...

Welcome, 315 on incline is pretty impressive. Sounds like you're a power lifter? What's your workout regime like? Are you hitting cardio? Sounds like your diet is on point, but I would like to see your macros. Fasted hiit cardio will drop bf like a mofo.

Welcome to meso dude, without sounding like a dick, if your not shifting the weight then your not in enough of a deficit. eat 2600calories a day and you'll be loosing 2 pounds a week. log what your eating. its extremely easy to loose weight, just drop calories/increase cardio!!! Put up what your eating a day and guys will be able to advise
 
Agree with TEK, great handle. Welcome to Meso and good luck with your goals. It's a procees, stay with and results will come. You've already received some good tips.
 
Welcome to meso Yea I think @Ozzy619 hit right on fasted cardio will make you loose lb's my friend keep us posted look through the forums there's a lot of help here on meso
 
315 for 3 on an incline is impressive! I like intense lifting, about 90 minutes, to burn all my glucose/glycogen stores and then, completely exhausted, jump on the stair master for 20 minutes of steady state cardio. If your glycogen and glucose are burnt your body only has one fuel option left... (Keep cardio at 20 or under to not come too close to burning out muscles)

sorry took me a while to get back, i was on vacation lol, yeah i like some sweet tea lol.. thanks... I have tried many different diets, i went on straight keto for 21 days, and lost 8lbs, which is good but 21 days, on keto most people drop tons of fat... i am just reading all these replies. I have recently started a cycle of test 400. 2 shots a week, total 600mg a week, and nolva. im guessing i have a problem with estrogen and thats why my body holds the fat? because im eating like a horse now, and i have gained 8 lbs but belly went down .5inch and my arms blew up with vascularity. im on my 2nd week now i think, (day 10)... so 10 days this all happened. i have never done a real cycle, experimented but this is my first. Im making noticable changes and im just eating clean, but im so hungry all the time lol.

As for my workout, i workout 6 days a week, on my days off from work i train twice a day, i run twice a week and usualy hike. i run with my girl, so i usually do 3 miles twice a week. my workouts i lift like a bodybuilder, 6 sets, 10reps or to failure 45 sec rests and about 5 exercises ... so 30 sets. then i do protein and my starches. like when i do chest, my best muscle.. i workout with 225, i do 5 sets to failure with it, but i lower it to my coller bone and keep a steady pace and contract an concentrate.

Since im currently on cycle, 600mg test a week... would i benifit more from cutting... or bulking? and then run a cut cycle with winny or tren and some test... was thinking about t3 maybe too? im just doing test this cycle since its my first true... working great... i do have to take nolva though due to my nips... my estrogen shoots way up and they get weird feelin.

will be starting fasted cardio... or try lol see how it goes thanks guys, ill try to post pics soon... mountain man here.. i love the country, no place like home as long as i got a gym.
 
starting today though, im going to be impementing the fasted cardio.. i only eat 3 times a day, but i make sure if i cant eat i have a protein shake... im prob 2100-2600 cals a day already actually i do rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes, oatmeal for my carbs... i rarely touch any other carbs, and i do 250ish protein a day. due to my job i can only eat at 445am, 1030am, and i get off at 7pm... so 3 times plus 2 shakes
