I run HCG constantly as well to help maintain testicular function and volume, ejaculate volume, and neurosteroid production. Be mindful of the increased E2 with HCG. Depending on if you aromatize a lot you may find more frequent test injections beneficial as this can reduce the rate of aromatization and help prevent elevated hematocrit. It comes down to listening to how your body is feeling and verifying where you are at with lab work and making adjustments accordingly based on results, literature, physician's advice, and your personal physiology. Hopefully you have AI on hand if need. Natural AIs include white button mushroom and DIM supplement (off the top of my head).
Yes, anavar can provide very rapid changes. However, you are going to want to check your kidney function through CMP, cystatin C, and urinalysis as the kidneys play a significant role in processing anavar. Cystatin C is important because CMP will likely show increased eGFR and creatinine because you are likely working out more frequently and consuming larger portions of protein, thus it is a good assessment for kidney function. Remember, the kidneys do not recover nearly as well as the liver. You will also want to check your lipids and go more in depth with apolipoprotein A-1, B and B:A1 ratio. Anavar can significantly lower HDL and increase LDL and if you are at risk for atherosclerosis then you need to be extra careful. I advise you go get a calcium score to know your baseline. Additionally, monitor your BP because hypertension will put increased strain on kidney function and couple that with anavar being heavily metaboloized by the kidneys...then you're just increasing the risk for long term renal damage. Remember, what is "safe" is multifactorial and depends on lifestyle, genetics, family history, etc.
-Note: the liver has a role in processing anavar too so monitor ALT/AST and GGT.
Your decision to bulk/cut is up to you and your goals. I used to be real focused on this, but now I generally eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, avoid food a couple hours before bed, injections in AM followed by fasted cardio, healthy diet, yadda yadda
If you decide to discontinue testosterone at this early stage then I hope any deleterious affects on the HPTA are nonexistent and you recover normally (likely the case for you).
