250mg test + 300mg Mast E

So I’m 38M-80 kgs and been training 18 years. 5’8 and quite lean.

I plan to run a 14 week course of 250mg Test E + 300mg MAST. PCT will be 6 weeks of Nolvadex 20mg per day.

Diet has been spot on for years and I have tried the usual supplement route/diet changes in order to address high SHGB but to no avail.

I’ve just done a full hormone panel check and medical and everything looks good bar my SHGB levels.(can share if helps)

Has anyone run a similar cycle and seen benefits in their training progress and mental benefits.

Any recommendations or insight would be appreciated.

Head over to the new member introduction as the forum states to give an introduction before asking questions. I'll give you the rest of my comment since I already wrote it up before realizing you hadn't posted, but as a next step go ahead and put that new member post.

Think the majority of folks will recommend starting with test only, you'll quickly get overwhelmed trying to figure out which of your side effects/blood work issues are caused by test or mast and then trying to mess with either. Until you know for sure how you react to test, don't add in other AAS.

That's assuming you have never used PED based on your post, which I'd mention in your new member post.
 
Agree with test only for first cycle to identify how you react then can add in secondary compounds once you understand e2 effects, etc. Be prepared though 250 test is not exactly a cycle though, but not trt really either

and not gonna lie to you, your 5'8 and taking a compound that known to shred hair the fastest and not even fin/dut will save you.

at 5'8 and loosing hair at 18 ?????,
your asking for a dead bedroom life legit, its another thing you if your already have a loyal partner or your above 30, but honestly I would stick to test and grow from there if I where you at 18 LFMAO

Girls your age group have a higher value in hair so take that for what its worth

I’m already rocking the bald look.Im 5’8 tall and happily married at 38 years of age-training 18 years!!!

You should not touch anything.

None should even think about a PCT nowadays.

You are not prepared.
 
18 years of training and 80kg? You got some things to figure out before you fuck with pharmaceuticals
In his defense, maybe he was training for another sport, not weightlifting/bodybuilding. But I admit that's low if he has been bodybuilding for 18 years.

And as for the actual cycle, I'd drop the mast, go for 350 mg/week of test. Maybe 500 mg if you want to push it, but no more than that.
 
I may have missed it but what are the actual goals here? The OP mentions a high SHBG. Thats no reason to run PEDs.

What is the diet like? Training? If those aren’t dialed in the drugs are a total waste. But aside from that, test only. 350 mg / Week should do it. Again tho, not sure what the goals are lol. Idk what “training progress and mental benefits” are. If you’re training for something like MMA none of this makes sense. If you’re trying to gain lean mass, all of this is a distant second to your diet and training.
