2nd cycle advice (BULKING)

Good afternoon everyone, I am going to star my 2nd cycle this coming weekend and its going to look a little something like this.
Test E 375 MG a week for weeks (1-13)
DECA 300 MD a week for weeks (2-11
dbol 35 MG a day for week (2-5)
Aromasin 12.5 every day from weeks 1-15 ( dosage might change depending on bloodwork that will be taken in week 6)
going to get some caber by the end of this week and will run it .5 mg Every 3rd day. weeks (2-11)

PCT, the usual NOLA/ClOMID clomid being at 50/50/25/25 nolva being at 40/40/20/20


this is my second cycle first cycle being 500 MG of test E for 10 weeks. I am 21 5'9 been lifting for 5 years now and am approximately 160-165 with my BF being at around 14.

Stay natty build a base...
5'9 165 is not anywhere near where you can get natty with a good diet sleep and routine....
 
2300 cals in cycle is not bulking? Its wasting of gear.
Check my cycle log, i was having around 3000 cals when i started my similiar cycle.
And it was very very clean bulk.
Ive gained 9kg, then lost 3 after pct.
But i already had sub par 10%bf.
Now that was my first serious cycle and next time im doing proper bulk with at least 4000 cals.
You are going to gain fat too, if you want serious mass gains, fat comes with if.
You cam shredd down gained fat during last weeks of cycle, you will lower cal intake, add more cardio, add clenbuterol and vouala, magic.
So fuck fat, in 1:1 ratio with muscle gains its normal, its the way it works

Your 21 on your 2nd cycle. Stupid! Your a fukin shrimp at 160-165. Get to 180-185 naturally. What the fuk are your reasons for running gear?? And please explain a clean bulk? The biggest BS term in BB. Fukin bulk or stay small. Then cut. And don't throw in clen also. Stupid! Your 21. Smarten the fuk up.

It will be great if you can keep us updated on how the cycle is going and the final result. I like the dosages. HCG will rise test even higher and keep your balls running.

You will go from 165 to 190 at the end of the cycle if you don't crash your estrogen.

If you crash your estrogen below normal you will go from 165 to 180.

Bro he only gained 10lbs on his first cycle. He ain't gaining 25. Especially with a "clean" bulk. He's lifted for 5 years and is just 165. The kid has no idea how to eat. There is zero fukin reason his goals can't be obtained naturally. But he's young and naive.

Yeah i mean, when u bulk naturally its about 1:1 from my experience.
Could be as well 2:1 fat/muscle, depends on cals, macro, training.
But its irrelevant, dude is too small for cycle and needs to learn how to eat properly

Based on remarks from others and your stats, i would advise u to run calorie surplus without gear, to see if you can handl it, if you got the discipline.
Here you got 4000cals example.
Try it for at least week or two, and let us know how it went.
Feel free to change meals, add beef next day, etc.

And remember that magic is happening in your kitchen, you spend more time in the kitchen then in gym.
Its the discipline with eating that sets apart amazing results from poor

Your bodyfat percentage is fine, people on forums all love to pretend their 4% and shredded.

In regards to deca for a cycle, I personally think Deca is great if your never coming off, but can be used in a cycle. I notice it in about 6 weeks, so not sure I'd bother unless your cycle is 20 weeks plus.

You could do NPP, dbol or another oral, depending on your estrogen response. Winstrol is good for clean bulks, I'd go injectable though rather than oral.
Ok, so I think ill hold off on the Deca for this cycle. Thanks for the advise mate ! defiantly appreciate it! Im going to see if i could also get some winstrol by the end of this week to throw it in there.

Winstrol will just dry you out for a temporary cosmetic look, building negligible LBM. Epistane would be a better choice here.

I hope all the diet criticism you've received has been taken to heart, by the way. You do need to learn to eat better.

@hurricane ...you dont happen to have an extra bed in your room cuz my bp is so off the chain im about to pop somethin reading these noobs stupid answers to stupider questions by kids that have NO REASON TO EVEN THINK ABOUT AAS USE....

For you I always have room. But you have to help close the pool this weekend. By help I mean handle it on your own. And yes it's frustrating as hell. I will not condone using gear at 21. If that makes me a dick oh well.
