2nd cycle advise. On TRT 125mg/wk. Ran test/deca before. Thinking of adding DHT.

Hey so i ran a low dose cycle or TRT+ at 200mg test cyp/120mg deca a week for 4 weeks, stopped because dr saw total t was 2300 amd free t 430 and insulin resistance was 77(but blood sugar has been perfect)

Im waiting for less frequent blood test by my dr. So maybe after 8 to 10 weeks of 125mg test cyp, i was thinking of running 200-250mg of test/ 150mg deca and was thinking of adding 100-200mg of either EQ, Mast, or primo but not sure, im not a heavy aromatizer and afraid EQ or primo may crash my e2? I am also trying to avoid injecting more than once a week. Trying to keep lipids and ldl in check.

My ldl was 108 3rd week of the test/deca which isnt too bad, my cholesterol was good other than that. My insulin resistance was 77 but blood sugar has been perfect. Im not super informed on insulin resistance but my dad and grandpa had diabetes so im trying to keep that from becoming an issue for me.

Anyways, would you guys recommend trying EQ or mast or primo or another steroid at a fairly low dose? I figure ill try one with test alone and no deca for a few weeks to see how i respond before adding in the deca.

Oh and hCG should i be taking it? I dont like the idea of injecting it as its more than once a week as i have needle anxiety. Also hear EQ can give anxiety and some say under 200mg a week is a waste, but the same has been said for 100mg a week deca but i noticed good results. Gained a half inch in a month almost everywhere(measured not flexing)

Any help, concerns, constructive criticism, questions are encouraged.

Oh amd im 6'1/2 204lbs and 35yr. Been trying to dial in my diet, less carbs and sugars, more whole grains and veggies. Also trying to stick to a set workout regiment. Have been running up n down 5 stories of stairs 6 to 10 times(about 20-25 minutes) and adding more twice a week. 100 pushups ed or eod, curls and triceps and overhead lifts 2 or 3 days a week. Some full body exercises 2 or 3 days a week. Squats and calf extensions 2 days a week. Occasional deadlifts and bench presses. i need to really hone in and set out a precise workout schedule, any help with that would also be appreciated.

One last edit: i take 2000mg-3000mg omega 369 daily, 50k IU of d3 a week plus 10k IU D3+200mcg K2 daily, 3g creatine w 30g whey protein daily, just ordered 600mg NAC and 1000mg l-cittruline ill be taking daily, and 400mg magnesium oxide daily. I think thats everything...

I'd probably go with masteron. Love masteron and the results I get from it, plus some of the cosmetic looks. You could also raise the test a slight bit too if you want

EQ won't crash your E2, and I don't think primo will either. Personally EQ spiked my anxiety, so even though the fullness was nice, and the vascularity was absolutely ridiculous, I probably personally wouldn't run it again.

Don't think the hcg really matters If you're blasting and causing, which by the TRT it sounds like you are. The only exception would be if you're trying to have a kid, then the HCG probably wouldn't hurt

I def dont want any extra anxiety, though chems affect everyone different. It seems most people prefer primo over EQ and EQ and mast seems split fairly evenly on what i've read from others choices.

Hcg i'm mostly interested in for avoiding testicle atrophy/shrinking and getting smaller "love loads" but at the same time. I don't really feel that's a huge problem unless my testicles start to literally retract inside of me. Idk how long that would take, but i have heard others saying their testicles have done that and hcg was the only thing that brought them back out. Though ive also heard your testicles shrinking is a way of protecting them from something or other. Idk what to believe, guess i could always get hcg if my nuts decide to draw up inside me. ‍

Oh (maybe i should make new post for this?) Any advice lowering insulin resistance? I started taking NAC 600mg 2x daily. It only got high after running deca, blood sugar was fine but i don't wanna develop diabetes nor take metformin. Should be fine next blood test, but i wanna avoid it next cycle. Will def be changing my diet up, am in the process now.

200 mast would probably work well for your goals. I wouldn't expect anything drastic at that dose, but it'll definitely be noticeable.

And yeah masteron makes you feel great, reduces water retention, makes the muscles look harder, increases vascularity if you're already lean. I run it with every cycle basically, it's that great.

I'll let someone else chime in on lowering insulin resistance. Metformin is cheap and easy to get and works fairly well, but I know you said you don't want to use it, so I'm not sure what other good alternatives are out there

? You want to inject as much as possible for stable blood hormone levels. Injecting every day is ideal. Longer esters I usually go for MWF (some people do every day but I'd lose track of that personally).

Maybe steroids aren't for you. You are going to a TRT doc so obviously you aren't really inclined to figure this out. I mean basing your cycle based off not getting caught on your TRT doctor's bloodwork. Just piss your money away on cocaine and leave steroids alone.

Generally speaking, I add DHTs for what they do, not for anabolism. Except DHB, that I add to any cycle because it's a strong muscle builder. If I need a strong AI, I add some primo. If I want to look good I would add mast (but given it's side effects and other DHTs and compounds to choose from, personally I don't run it, it's more like something I'd use if I had a show coming up or something than for long term gains).

You should be no sugar. bread, pasta, grains, these are for heavy bulks, I'd opt for potato/sweet potato for high calories if you are bulking. Oatmeal is okay, it's just so delicious so I eat that lol. I'd really try to avoid grains altogether, they're just cake.

You should really clean up your diet and exercise and think about the commitments you want to make before doing steroids. Learn to lift beacuse this exercise regimen is like, middle school PE class.

A good beginner program would be PPL (3/1 on/off or 6/1 on/off). Compound lift every time. You just aren't lifting nearly enough to justify steroids. Here's a good PPL:

3x8 everything
Squat/Hip Thrust/Abs
Bench/InclineBench/ShoulderPress/Triceps
DL/DB Rows/Overhead Pull or Cable Row/Biceps

That's pretty barebones, I'd definitely add a lot more to that, but if you can do that 6on/1off, that's a good start.

Don't think you need to worry about insulin resistance, you aren't running slin and HGH. As long as your bodyfat is under 15% it should be a complete non-issue, which your bodyfat should be anyways. Stop trying to add drugs you don't need to to cover shitty eating habits.

Deca is also some pretty intense stuff, doesn't really sound like you are ready for that.

@fiztable does the magnesium oxide give you diarrhea?
No, it doesnt for me. There is another kind that is even easier on the stomach but so far iv had no problem w magnesium oxide.

Thanks your the tips. I think i'm gonna hold off on any more steroids other than my rx Test Cyp weekly injections, until I have got serious and have a strict habitual workout regiment and better diet in place and have plateaued. I know i can get where i wanna be without more compounds and stay healthier. I appreciate your comment, other than the i should piss away money on cocaine instead of steroids lol. But i understand im not really ready for steroids and think i agree i dont need to add more. I likely will run 100mg of deca again later on in the future though, i felt great and made good gains. But i want to make sure im more disciplined before adding it again.

Im actually afraid i have developed tennis elbow, possibly due to my month of adding 100mg deca and lifting too much too quick, im not entirely sure. But i am looking into what can be done to heal myself, my elbow has been in a bit of pain for a month now. Im trying to strengthen all the muscles around my elbow with lighter weights, as well as adding heat and ice packs and getting better sleep. I am looking into other ways to heal. Im tempted to try tb-500 or bpc-157...
