2nd cycle. Beast Mode!

Alright brothers, today makes a week into my 2nd cycle. Test e 750 mg/ week and npp 475 mg /Week. 1st week I front loaded. I'm doing 3 shots per week. Thursday, Saturday, and Monday. I'll probably throw in another compound like mast p farther in and maybe and oral like winny towards the end. Just want to do a log to track progress and get advice.
 
If you were to look me up in the intro section u would see all my stats, but I'll save you the hassle. I'm 26, 6 ft tall, 214 lb this morning around 17% bf. Played sports my whole life and got really big into bodybuilding and strength training 3 years ago when I got sober. My first cycle was test e 500mg/week for 10 weeks. Went well, no crazy gains, but learned how my body reacts to test and how to use ai and do proper pct.
 
My plan for this cycle is to play it By feel. I want lean gains with minimal bloat and water. Sort of a recomp. I'm gonna run just the test and npp for the first 4 or 5 weeks to see how my body reacts, the I think I'll throw in some mast prop @ about 500mg/week to keep the gains coming. This cycle will end up going about 14 to 16 weeks mainly because I Feel like I ended my last cycle right when the gains were really starting. I may even drop the test e and npp around week 8 or 9 and run test p, mast p, and tren a for the 8 weeks. Depending on how I feel. I'd post pictures, but I'm covered in tatoos and have a criminal record. I'll have to take some pictures and see if I can photo shop the tattoos out.
 
Not feeling good today. Been working 7 days a week for the last 3 weeks and training 6 days a week for about the last 4 months. Went to the gym after work to hit shoulders and traps. Started with standing bb presses. 2 warm up sets the 135 for 8 reps. My joints were cramping up so I didn't go up in weight. Went to the military press machine and did 4 sets @ moderate weight hoping to loosen up, but still didn't feel right so I ended the work out. Came home and did some foam rolling and soaked in hot water. I'm gonna take a few days off and rest up. What are some good supplements for joints? I take multi vitamin, d3, fish oils now.
 
Cycle sounds sweet man. Best of luck. As for joints, research SAMe (S-adenosyl-methionine) 1200mg /day split into three doses throughout the day. Usually comes in 200mg caps/tabs. Works for osteoporosis sufferers (although I personally have not used this before)

Just put in an order for 50 ml of mast p 100/ml, and 60 X 50 mg oral winny. I'll probably throw the mast p @ around 500 mg/ week in about 2 to 3 weeks. I want that androgen aggression. I'm gonna save the winny. Not sure when I'm going to add it. I figure it'll be good to run winny with npp, so it doesn't tear up my joints.
 
Felt much better today so decided to go hit arms and abs, also did a little shoulder work since I had to cut my workout short Thursday.
Everything was super sets.
Close grip bench w/ db hammer curls
4 working sets.
Cable push downs w/ cable curls
4 sets.
Skull crushers w/ db curls
3 slow, controlled sets.
Lat raises w/ db rows for traps
3 sets.
Bb shrugs w/ front raises 45 lb plate
4 sets.
AB leg raises. 4 sets.
Decline bench sit ups w/ 30 lb db.
4 sets.
I'm eating about 3500 calories right now, bout to ramp up to 4000.
250 g protein, 60 to 70 g fats, fill in the rest w/ carbs. Tomorrow is leds. High rep squats and 5x5 dead lifts.
 
Just woke up. No pump, bout to go hit legs. I'd say 18 to 20 % bf. I'm going to start a cut in about 6 weeks. Want to put on more muscle before cutting. I weigh 217 this morning. 2014-12-14 11.44.02.jpg
 
Thanks Huck. I'm gonna clean bulk all the way up to about week 8, and the last 8 weeks I'm going to go for a recomp/slow cut. Not trying to get shredded, just want to put on some more quality muscle and get to around 12% bf.2014-12-14 14.25.14.jpg
 
My advise would be to try and clean bulk the whole cycle and not cut in the end. All that muscle you are putting on is immature and you will be
Pressed to retain it during pct. Bulk up on a callrie surplus of 200-500 cals and watch the gains, then after a few months past pct do a cutting cycle and you will see better results.
 
IMHO clean bulking is re-comping your physic. if it was me I would keep the whole cycle clean bulk and you should do well. time under weight re-comps your physic.
 
Thanks. I'm gonna take yalls advice. It does make a lot more sense just to do a slow, lean bulk. I'm definitely log my progress through the whole cycle, and weekly pics. I appreciate the advice. I think I'm gonna go old school @HuckingFuge and up my protein to 300 g, and maybe higher once my body gets used to all that protein.
 
ahhh so you've started your cycle, i recall you mentioning it quite a few times..know you're excited...just be consistant and it'll pay off, gains to you!
 
Be careful with a "lean" bulk. Why? Well you may think you are
Gaining muscle as you should only to find out near the end of you cycle that you could have gained more. Its a fine line there. When i did my first cycle years ago i saif fuck it im gonna eat and train til i puke and then repeat. The end result was a total gain of around 25lbs in 10 weeks on test enathate 500 followed by proper protocol. My point is if you want to grow feed your body then worry about leaning out. Just a thought bro.
 
Thanks guys. The main reason I want to do this log is to keep getting motivation and advice. I'm gonna start with the clean bulk. I put on bf very easy and my skins a little saggy. I was 280 in high school. Fat, but still athletic. Played defensive line till mid 10th grade. That's when the drugs and booze really started getting bad. From 18 to 19 I went like 260 to 190 real quick via meth and ecstasy and it left some saggyness on my stomach. It's not that bad though. I feel like I can grow into getting everything tight.
 
Feeling good today. Hit chest this evening after work.
BP: 5 working sets of 10. Only went up to 205. Been taking it easy on my shoulder. The npp is starting to take effect. Joints are starting to feel smooth.
Inc bp. 4 sets of 10. Only went up to 155.
Decline on smith mach. This felt really good. 3 sets of 225. 12, 14, 15 reps.
Inc db flys. 45s nice and slow. 4 sets of 12.
Chest press machine 3 sets 15 reps
Pec dec. 3 sets of 12
2 sets of dips. 15 reps
Did a little bit of a work after at my apartment.
Cooking burgers and chicken Italian sausage w/ baked potato.
