I'll be 2 weeks in on Thursday. Front loading the test and npp made all the difference in the world. Already starting to get great pumps and faster recovery time. Hit back hard last night. Lots of exercises, try to hit it from different angles. 10 sets of bb rows. 5 over hand grip 5 5 under hand. Then just went beast mode after that. Eating about 4k calories now.
