This will be my second cycle (21 yr), first was 12 wks 500 mg/wk Test E with 6 wk dbol kicker. I was running adex .25 e4d and it was probably too low for me, now I have two very small nip lumps- they are only noticeable if I pinch 1 inch behind the nipple. Used a 4 week letro protocol as well. From this cycle went from 170 to 205 (lb), after PCT back to 195. Then a month later I had a depression stint (personal issues came up) and lost a lot of motivation, became a lazy ass. I'm hoping this cycle will bring me back to business, already I'm really excited at what I might achieve.

This is what I am planning on running:

wk1-12 Test e 400 mg/wk
wk1-12 EQ 600 mg/wk, frontload 1200 mg first two wk
wk1-4 Sdrol 20 mg/day
wk1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod

PCT: nolvadex 40/40/20/20 mg

Starting first pin hopefully thursday

Stats: 6'3 190 lbs, ~10% bf estimate (32 inch waist/visible abs and obliques; estimate because calipers always give too low %)
225 lb x6 Bench
315 lb x2 High bar squat
405 lb x2 Deadlift
195 lb x1 Strict OHP

Hoping to gain 35 lbs on cycle, and hit 225 OHP, 495 DL, 405 SQ, 295 Bench.
Though I've done Upper lower splits for rugby or 5/3/1 most of my training career, I'm thinking of doing a bodypart split this time- Chest/Back/Legs/Shoulders+arms/Full body, with once a week rugby match (I play inside centre/fly half) and 2 cardio/practice sessions a week. Any training suggestions appreciated, mainly just want mass first and then strength for this cycle so I can become a loose forward. I play in a men's club instead of college because its more physical, but that also means I'm one of the lightest guys on the team.

Last month had some tricep tendonitis flare up, a pretty mild but annoying dull ache whenever I do certain push or pull exercises- especially at the bottom of a pullup or during dips. Took a week off and started lifting yesterday with low weight 20 reps and will continue that trend the rest of this week; seems to be a lot better now but I'm just afraid it'll start up again on cycle. Any supps I might take for tendon health appreciated. I'll be icing every day just to be safe as well.

Diet: >4000 Calories a day, as long as I get 300g protein. Basically I'll be eating anything I can get my poor college hands on, so that includes about half a gal of milk a day, 6-18 eggs a day depending how I feel,donuts and chocolates, a lot of oatmeal and a ton of junk food, the more saturated fats and red meat the better (burgers,fries, etc.). No kitchen in my dorm which sucks. I've never had a problem putting on fat no matter what I eat- My biggest issue is gaining mass with my small appetite, and this is how I ate last cycle during which I didn't gain much fat either (though a good deal of water weight). Also, my liver is completely healthy according to my physician, which is why I'll be trying sdrol.

Any suggestions?
