2nd cycle opinions

Ok guys let me start by giving you some background, 42 yrs old 6ft sitting at around 195lbs right now not sure about Body Fat % but if I had to guess would be around 18% been training off and on since i was a teen. Never really got serious about it till I was 27 when I did my first few cycles and once again fell off the training because of life and just plain being lazy. As of 2 yrs ago I was 240lbs and feeling like complete garbage, fast forward 2 yrs and have completely changed my entire lifestyle, diet, training and so on. I just recently finished my 1st cycle about 2 weeks ago. Consisted of 300mgs of Test Cyp a week for 10 weeks and added Anavar at week 8-11. I gained a good 10lbs over all and noticed a good amount of definition in the midsection. Currently eating about 2600-2800 cal trying to stay lean since I tend to get fat pretty easy. So my question to you guys is about my 2nd cycle. Thinking of switching to Test Enanthate 500mg weeks 1-10 Deca 375mg for weeks 1-8 and adding in Anavar again at weeks 9-12. Any ideas on this? Should I incorporate the Anavar earlier or run the Deca longer?
 
Trying to gain some solid muscle and keep it for a while till the next go around, not trying to get bloated. I know Deca might cause some water weight, I was hoping by adding in the Anavar it would help.

I wouldn’t have the mindset of the anavar will make me lose the water. You’ll lose it after your cycle. Keep the diet in check, estrogen in check, and stay hydrated as possible and you shouldn’t bloat up to the point you’re uncomfortable. Get buff and strong and when coming off you’ll drop some of that water retention. I personally don’t like the idea of mixing “opposites”. Adding at the end wouldn’t be a terrible odea, but the deca is still there and will still be causing bloat.

Hey bro,, the test will cause you to have more bloat then what deca would do. I would take test E at around 300mg a week and deca at about 400mg a week. You will get some nice decent gains from a cycle like this without any bloat (or just minimal bloat). Taper off the test E and deca after 12 weeks (taper down during 2 weeks after week 12) and keep test at a base of 100mg a week and then add in Anavar from week 14 to 18. The anavar will really harden you up and solidify your gains
 
In my opinion deca isn’t great for a 10w run. It’s just too long before it’s at stable levels AND completely gone.

8-10 weeks I’d use NPP. 12+ you can start to mess with Deca.

I wouldn’t recommend your first time with Deca being with it at a higher weekly dose than test.

You know how you respond to 500mg Test. Keep that constant. Now add.

Nice intro to NPP if you’re sticking with 10w of it and want that anavar oral:

10 weeks
-500 test
-350 NPP (100 EOD)
-anavar for final 4-6 weeks

Are you blast/cruise or PCT?

If you don’t eat like an asshole I’m betting this mystical bloat everyone always talks about stays mild if at all visible.
 
Hey man. I’m going to offer a very minimalist suggestion. One that seems in line with your last decision to stick to 300mg.
Assuming you did a proper pct and gave yourself as much off time as on time and assuming you’re pleased with the results of your last run.
I say stick with the 300 test. Add 200mg npp.
By making small increases you can play the long game as well as make short game gainz.
And if it’s going well try a full 12 weeks.
Did you get pre cycle bloods done last time? Getting any this time?
Even at 100mgs/wk 19nors will be very suppressive. Have you considered hcg for on cycle?

No point of tapering down. The test E ester will taper itself down that’s just how it works. “Tapering down” could be achieved by using prop just instead of waiting 2-3 weeks to pct you can pct after what 2-5?

Gonna PCT after. I responded pretty well to test at 500mg when I was younger never went higher than that. I responded pretty well to 300mg this time around so i was planning on upping to 500mg and see how I reacted. So since I have everything on hand besides the NPP would it even make sense to incorporate it 4 weeks after Test and run Deca lets say weeks 4-12 along with Anavar?
 
@Mac11wildcat I try to keep my diet in check the entire time on or off. Keeping calories the close to the same might just add more clean carbs while I'm on maybe an extra 500 calories a day

Just be aware your caloric needs constantly change. AAS ups your metabolic baseline. Gaining muscle (weight) ups your baseline. You need to add cals every few weeks to keep growing.

I had my pre cycle blood work before starting , it was a while ago and from what I recall Test was around 680 or so, I haven't gotten bloods done after. I am due for my routine bloodwork in a week or so. I had not thought about adding HCG. I never had any Gyno or any other signs when I was younger but that's not to say they can't appear now that I'm much older. How much and when should I add the HCG in to the cycle?

Thanks man, will do. My whole fear is getting to fat. I was over weight as a teenager and was kinda hefty a couple yrs ago. I guess I gotta get rid of that mentality if I wanna see some serious muscle.
 
I think 600 test, 400eq per week for 16 weeks would be a safe but effective second cycle, for what you said your goals are. Low risk of sides, lean gains.

I’d say you should eat more but everybody’s different with that. You’ve already lost weight before so I would increase the meals, worst case you cut back again.

Give the Var to your girl. It’s not worth the liver toxicity when you can and are using much stronger oils.
 
Hey guys really appreciate the help, like I said in the 1st post I ran a couple cycles when I was young and never really knew what I was doing and by no means am I an expert now. Really appreciate the knowledge and experiences shared in this forum.
 
I used Test E back a long time ago and had good results when I was younger. The Test Cyp I was able to get it locally from a buddy and ran it to see how I would react. Wanted to try the E again just out of curiosity. I guess I'll see how I feel this time around.
