Stats 170 5'10 age 22 bf 10% aiming to be 8% before I hop on after a 12 week shortcut to size program. Will be zeroing diet as I just got a nice juicer and I'm hitting all the super foods like crazy. Otherwise standard protein 200 grams a day pre-cycle(will increase when running primo) I don't watch fat as I'm a hard gainer. In fact I put cocoanut oil in most things I consume along with flax and other whole foods. Just putting up for the future as I might as well log progress prior to the cycle as well.

Ok the exciting part gear porn!
Test prop 100 mg/ml 1cc-eod
Primo e 200 mg/ml 1cc-eod
And I'm thinking var or dbol to throw on the latter half of the cycle

Now $ is not a concern so I was pondering on the idea of stretching this primo run 16 weeks? That's general concensus. And the dosages are on the higher end especially since I'm not as big as a common juicer.
 
There's so much to it just writing down what's on my mind. As I'm making a calendar with goals for the first time yay structure!

I'm at 194lb at 9% body fat 5'5
3500 calories a day
300-400mg of protein a day low fat intake.
I love this cycle
Bench press max:385lb
Squat max: 400lb
 
I have tren a. I figured I'd run the primo I have on hand first.(check the pic section that's my selection) and run the tren a in the summer to cut up as a third cycle
 
LYB what are you eating to get 3500 cals and 300-400 grams of protien?
I need help, I am struggling getting 3000 cals with 175 grams protien.
Iknow,I know man up and eat bitch but any pointers?
 
Shit I'd assume lean meat like a mf'er he says low fat also. I've been experimenting with adding unflavored protein to fruit/veggie juices made fresh. When it's Super concentrated the shits good or like a malt with cream or yogart. I don't mind eating dirty I can always cut it right up especially since I'm planning on running primo. I'm going to feed the beast and get the most I can out of it.
 
Lots of shrimp, chicken, fish, turkey, and steak once a day.
I also drink 2 protein shakes a day. That alone is 80grams of protein
Then I try and spread out the rest evenly.

I'm not one to throw stones and I'm nott rying to be a dick, but why are your squat and bench totals pretty much the same? BTW thats a good bench for your body weight man!

I'm saying this with love for lyb because I respect his posts. It's not meant to be a knock at all. 385 is a lot if weight to push. I know I can't hit that number these days and I have 20 + lbs on him.

He's 5-5. Prob one of those guys with T. Rex arms that come into the gym and just bench insane weights. You know what I mean? Some guys are just built to bench. I knew I guy who I nicknamed "chest day hero" who would walk into the gym and work up to 405 for 3 in jeans. Was about 5-5 too. 5-5 194 is stout. He's as wide as he is tall.
 
Well guys I did the a.d.d. Appropriate thing and went ahead and started 40 mg of test p with 65 mg of tren a ED along with 30 mg dbol a day. So far I'm 2 injections in and no pip I'm pretty excited. I got all the other goodies on hand in case of sides.
