10 weeks of Test E. First 6 at 750mg/wk, and the last 4 at 500mg/wk.
4 week kick start Tbol (40mg).
4 week run with epistane (60mg). Ran that the last 4 weeks.
AI- The entire cycle I used Pes erase pro. I originally had some ugl arimidex but was to scared to take it and have it be bunk, so i ordered pes erase last minute.
On cycle support- Otc usual's. Milk thistle, nac, tudca, fish oil, msm, etc.
Post cycle- 4 weeks of Nolva (20mg), and used otc cycle supports.
Diet- Relatively clean eating. I was eating around 3500 calories a day at 5'10 185.
Training- I was doing some Marc Lobliner program i found online. It emphasized back and legs, so i was hitting those 2 times a week.
The good: I gained about 16ibs after PCT was done. Strength was great. Squatting went through the roof. I added 70ibs to my old PR. Thickened out enough to wear larger sized shirts.
The bad: I have marble sized gyno in each nipple. Pes erase was shit for an AI for 750 mg of test. I had terrible lethargy during the 4 weeks of epistane. I was yawning all day, and sweating profusely all day as well. My hunger had seemed to actually decrease throughout the cycle, and made bulking difficult. I think partly was the weather...It has been 100 degrees here and the heat always takes away my appetite. Pct always sucks, and strength dropped a bit. The worst side effect by far was dry joints. I was squatting heavier each weak, and my joints were feeling the damage. I stopped hitting legs twice a weak, and amped up my joint support and water.
Overall i was happy with my results, but as always it could have gone better. I plan on using only test and deca on my next cycle just to keep things easier on my liver and so i don't get lethargic from any orals.
