2nd TRT Cruise 220mg Test U and 3rd cycle log.

6iu of hgh 1 hr preworkout 2 hr precardio
Do you notice any sort of tiredness taking HGH pre-workout? I'm about to take it for the first time in about 2-3 weeks and I'm trying to figure out a time to dose it. I know taking it with food is a no-no and I typically eat before bed (not the best but it's what my schedule allows). I was thinking just taking it first thing in the AM, waiting about an hour, then eating - but now I'm curious if eating, then waiting an hour or so and taking it pre-workout would be better. Thoughts?

@Cridi887 thanks for posting all this detailed information. I just finished reading through the whole thing and it’s very informative and useful real world info to see.
thanks brother. I try to list the good, the bad, mental effects. etc.

AAS dont just affect gym performance but personal life as well.

That’s what makes it so valuable and worthwhile because you post the real world results including the bad along with the good. I for one learned a lot reading through the thread. Also you’re looking jacked in the last pics bro. Nice work.

I’ve been on a cut/recomp for almost a year myself and I am now close to where you started from and trying to figure out what I want to do from here. Whether I want to continue cutting and get really lean or if I want to put some size on now. I’ve cut 70lbs in the last 11 months and added a good bit of muscle at the same time but As a lifetime fat kid myself it scares the crap out of me because the last thing I want to do is get fat again. I do want to get jacked but I don’t want to be small jacked lol. I’m 6-3 and have pretty good size already. I’m down from 300 to 228 currently and just been maintaining this for now.

Thanks bro. Still will never happy. Lol

That's great progress.

Letting go and going onto a bulk was one of the hardest things I had to do. Eating what I need to and it just reminding myself to make every calorie count toward something. Maximize the benefit and minimize the fat.

Also cutting on a cruise was an interesting thing. I have a dexa scan just to get an idea of how things are but physique is really trimming up. I still have far on my lower stomach but can tell my visceral fat has gone away for the most part.

I'm gonna start my next lot on Monday/Tuesday. Its gonna be a recomp and I'll bulk for the next one too

At 48 I feel I'm on a constant recomp. Don't wanna be over 205 ever but I enjoy adding muscle and strength. Pull ups seem to be my test. I'm too heavy at 225 and struggle on pull ups but other lifts go up. At 195 I can bust out some pull ups easier.

I’m 44 so I know exactly how you feel. I let myself go for so long and finally sought proper treatment last spring and decided that I wasn’t gonna live like that anymore. I used to be in pretty decent shape when I was younger and now I’m probably in better shape physically and mentally both tbh at 44 and 228lbs than I was when I was 205 at 25 yrs old.

I’m 42 was on a cut for 9 months and did it the right way this time eating very clean so weight came off slower but added muscle, confirmed via dexa scan. I started my first bulk 4 weeks ago after feeling exactly like that and seeing the weight go up is tough to get over at first. I will say though that eating very clean on this bulk it’s so much more food quantity than eating crap, you feel much better, and I track everything so I know I’m hitting all my macro goals so there will be little to no fat gain. I have gained 7lbs, stronger, and so much energy. Everything for me will be a recomp as I’m sure it will take me another year or more to get to my bf target. I will say I have learned so much from this board overall but @Cridi887 in particular. So detailed, trial and error, and real. That’s why I get my dexa 4 times per a year now too.

I appreciate it.

The dexa scan can definitely be off. I would advise to keep it similar conditions. Off cycle for 4 weeks and dry is a big one for accurate results. Or you can do it at the peak of your cycle to check fat gain.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll get my next one 4 weeks after current blast.

Congrats man. Same here I ate extremely clean and I definitely added some pretty decent amount of muscle even while in a steep deficit and losing all the weight. But I had plenty of fat stores for fuel too and that definitely makes a difference.
