2xweek?

I have been doing the HST for a few months now, like it a lot, but my schedule is becoming so hectic I am gonna have to drop my gym time down to just twice a week. Any thoughts on what might be best routine for this ? Im not into powerlifting, more of an aspiring bodybuilder type. Will the HST or 5x5 work on just twice a week ? I realize the gains wont be as good, but something is better than nothing.
 
Well, you can't really attain that much toward body building or Power Lifting when training only 2X per week.. You could run a bastardized version of 5X5 that would probably just work okay.. Or you might just have an upper day and a lower day but you're looking at a lot of volume.. and a lot of time in the gym either way.

If I had to choose a routine because I only had two days a week to train I would probably tweek 5X5 and go with that...
