How the fuck do these guys do this kinda shit and get that big? can someone PLEASE explain? i use the dual factor training method and i grow like a weed.Does this mean that these guys will be much more bigger if they used dual factor training methods too??? Lol u read the whole thing??? Im just shocked thats all.I know those guys take lots of drugs n supplements n sleep a lot but come on now.43 sets for back in ONE day???? Geez i dont think i do that many in a month.
 
Just goes to show that how big a person is doesnt mean they know what they are talking about.

Everybodys diffrent,some people train like that and get huge.Its genetics alot
of it.Plus if you think about it.Alot of these guys dont work all they do is eat and watch tv.
