Finally pulled the trigger and received my gear. Will be doing the basic beginners cyle.
1-13 test e 250mg every 3 days.
1-5 dbol 25mg first may up to 50 depending how my body feels.
Nolva and clomid for pct.

Deadlift 495x5)3
Looking to rep 35 to 50lbs over these numbers.

I'll be keeping my same workout schedule 6 on 1 off. Currently only on about 2500 calorie diet. Will increase as I feel growth to 3500. I've always been an easy gainer so I'm looking for more strength increase than mass. I love being the smallest big guy in the gym. Nothing better than lifting more than the 300lber next to you.

Pinned 8am went to work. By 3:30 runny nose fever cough sneezing. Test flu? Took 3ib and nyquil and took my ass to bed
 
Good luck brother. I am 37 also, but I started AAS a long time ago. I hope you get some great gains brother. Are you taking an AI? Or at least have some on hand?

I find it a bit funny, that you don't want mass, but you included the king of mass in your stack :D

If looking solely for strength gains, for your next cycle include tbol or winstrol. Tbol will put on some mass, but not at the same rate as dbol, and you don't get water retention. Winstrol will add 0 mass, but will be a very nice strength boost.

@ your dose range, you shouldn't need to worry too much about using the AI. Personally, when I run dbol, I try to stay as far away from the AI as possible (estrogen is a key ingredient in mass building, and I bulk when I use dbol).

Your right 4leaf being my first cycle I wanted to stay simple and really wanted to see how my body takes. I know that I'll stretch my shirts more and it will be evident that I'm on something. Mass is something I'm use too it comes with the territory of lifting heavy as I do. I wanted to try Winny but just really wanted to stick my body with one foreign object at a time. I appreciate your advice a lot since this forum is the only place I can discuss this subject outloud. I'm already working on stockpiling my next cycles.
 
I saw you said you are in your 3rd week, update your log! How has the training been going? Diet? AAS?

What did you decide on the AI? Have you ran any this cycle so far?
 
Well the week I started my 19yr old niece became be very with her ovarian cancer. Already in the care of hospice she's passed away on the 14th. My family and I have been down here for every one of my pins except for my first one.
Diet has been crap eating out here and there. Workouts have been non existent. Barely any pip just a little soreness few days later. Haven't felt much except a sense of well being and sleeping has been great.
The ceremony is today and we will be heading home tonight. Hopefully in the coming days I'll be able to post up more on this thread.
Ai is on hand and I chosen not to use it till symptoms appear or my bloods in a few weeks states I need them.

got in late from my nieces memorial night before still hit gym at 5:15am
so being away from the gym for over a week i decided do a full body and get everything stretched and flowing.
hit incline 135x40)3
to leg press 225x50)3
bent over rows 135x20)3
bench 135x60)4
military press 135x20)4
treadmilled 1.4 something
weighed out at 225lbs little suprise but from what i've read about this cyle its the norm.
felt some back pumps in the pm. took 2 ib and went to bed
still havent really felt an increase of strenght. still dropping 25mg dbol 1 hr before workout and splitting another 25mg thru the day.

woke up rested and no signs of back pump. pinned rt quad
hit gym early at 4:45am
leg day!!!
I only do one thing for leg days and its Squats. Firm believer that if you do enough of them that all you need for lower body strength.

went to 275 and 3 reps in fuckin back pumps. tried to stretch it out then rolled on my pvc pipe. still no help. spent 10 min on stairmaster on level 8 and took it to the house. being an easy gainer ive decided to cut eating down to about 3000 cal will ramp it up when i need it.

5:20am in the gym and its back day
took 2 ib before leaving the house hope the back pumps wont be a problem.
started on chin ups 10)2 and pull ups10)2 no problem.
hit bb bent over rows and there it goes again. pain was bearable so I continued with light weights stayed away from anything stressing my lower back. going to hit the store today and get some taurine supp.
weighed out at 221lbs.

5am in gonna work arms still havent got any taurine supps but oh fuckin well.
i like to do alot of super setting on my arms heavy low reps mix up with light high reps very little res. my arms are my weakest feature i feel and are more stubbern than my wife. finished my workout early at 6:15 which was a little weird. felt good so i decided to do a little bench. usually i do chest on sunday because i have more time. hit 315 right off for 16 reps which is the most reps i ever done in 5 years. feeling good hit another set for 14. and at that moment i knew im feeling it. loaded 50 more at 365 for 5 then 385 for 5. didn't want to jinks anything so i only went to 400 not 405 and killed it for 2 sets of 3. and there is more finished it all out with at 315 for another 10. I know i could of done lot more the energy and adreneline was there just not enough time and no spotter. Today has been the first real day I have felt an increase of strength cannot wait for the full effects.
