TrueYou can have massive delts that look like nothing if your body fat is too high.
With the way I hold fat my delts don't start to pop until I get below 13%.

No rear delt work?
This one is up to you, cuz everyone got their favorite one. I always tend to do one heavy compound movement and then some lightweight job with dumbbells. Like: bent-over reverse fly, or rear deltoid fly it can be done with dumbbells, cables, or machines.Actually i did face pulls for some time, but felt like it didn't do much for my rear delts. What is the best rear delt exercise anyway?
Facepulls are awesome for rear delts, wonder if maybe done incorrectly? Bent over rear delt raises, moat upper back work, banded pull aparts.Actually i did face pulls for some time, but felt like it didn't do much for my rear delts. What is the best rear delt exercise anyway?
They are all important but Side and Rear if I had to rank them are more important than front delts bc front already get hit with pressing work.It would make sense, since i'm bulking right now.
How useful are front and side raises anyway? Which one is more important?
I never liked front raises that much. However side raises is a must. Try leaning toward the side you're doing them to get a good stretch at the bottom. It would make sense, since i'm bulking right now.

Reverse pec deck if your gym has oneActually i did face pulls for some time, but felt like it didn't do much for my rear delts. What is the best rear delt exercise anyway?
I like doing high rep heavy partials on those as well. Like reps of 30I never liked front raises that much. However side raises is a must. Try leaning toward the side you're doing them to get a good stretch at the bottom.
I actually feel the most rear delt activation from wide-grip barbell rows where I pull towards the chest while my torso is close to parallel to the ground. It also hits the rest of the upper back decently.Actually i did face pulls for some time, but felt like it didn't do much for my rear delts. What is the best rear delt exercise anyway?
I'm doing facepulls again and bent over lateral raises for rear delts. The John Meadows shoulder workout was pretty good, thanks for that. Also will try to do more sets for shoulders, hope it helps.
