3d canon shoulders

Actually i did face pulls for some time, but felt like it didn't do much for my rear delts. What is the best rear delt exercise anyway?
This one is up to you, cuz everyone got their favorite one. I always tend to do one heavy compound movement and then some lightweight job with dumbbells. Like: bent-over reverse fly, or rear deltoid fly it can be done with dumbbells, cables, or machines.

Facepulls are awesome for rear delts, wonder if maybe done incorrectly? Bent over rear delt raises, moat upper back work, banded pull aparts.

It would make sense, since i'm bulking right now.

How useful are front and side raises anyway? Which one is more important?
They are all important but Side and Rear if I had to rank them are more important than front delts bc front already get hit with pressing work.

Highly, highly recommended you go ok youtube and watch some John Meadows shoulder workouts to learn his method. Made a big difference for my shoulders.

3 sets shoulder press
3 sets behind neck presses
2-3 sets upright rows
3 Sets side laterals
3 sets bent over laterals

I never liked front raises that much. However side raises is a must. Try leaning toward the side you're doing them to get a good stretch at the bottom.

I actually feel the most rear delt activation from wide-grip barbell rows where I pull towards the chest while my torso is close to parallel to the ground. It also hits the rest of the upper back decently.
