I know that EQ is for cutting but I dont want the water gain from the deca since Im getting it from the test already so I op for EQ.
Ive always been skinny and cut up in high school.
I had Acne as a kid. Right now Im 59 29 years 195lbs BF16% 17%? This is my 3rd cycle. I am also prone to water retention acne and gyno, my 1st cycle of test cyp 100mg to 150mg a week for 60days it lead to little zaps in my nipple. I used Nova and it went away. No PCT on 1st cycle and I crashed, I learned my lesson. 2nd was sus250/Deca ran it 59 days, with PCT HCG clomid and nova. Everything workout. But I never used AI Drugs before.
Weights
Week 1-4, 6 sets 8 reps per exercise, last week of month 1 rep max
Week 5-8, 7 sets 4 reps per exercise, last week of month 1 rep max
Week 9-12, 8 sets 4 reps per exercise, last week of month 1 rep max
Week 13-16, 8 sets 6 reps per exercise, last week of month 1 rep max
Cardio After I lift weights to burn fat 30mins run sweating the whole time. Try to do 2 to times a week to support my cardiovascular system and to help support my new bodys new weight. Sweating the whole time for 30 min 45 tops.
Question? Should I have a protein shake after I stop lifting weights before I run? Or will my body just use the shake for energy? Not reeling on my fat.
Nutrition
Whole grains, dark leafy vegetables, nuts, legumes lean protein red meat chicken fish chop liver for extra vitamins eating the liver will support red blood cell count. Healthy fats. Some junk food but always has to be protein in it.
I all ready eat 3,000 calories a day
Im going to add a extra 1000 or 1,500 calories on week 1,
then wait to see what happens.
Assess.
Do it gradual.
The next step? Add 500 calories in and weigh myself daily for two weeks then assess.
The step after that? Raise it another 500 calories and go from there.
Supplements
Multi vitamin ED. Question? Should I take to doses one in the morning and after I workout? Is this safe?
Fish oil not every day, just a few times a week, to help my liver out.
Flax seed oil in gel caps 3,000mg a day during the week weekends off.
Prolabs Amino Acids full spectrum EOD
Liver support Vitamin shop brand it has milk thistle/dandellon/phosphatidylcholine/inositol. ED
Glucosamine and Chondroitin 2nd month into cycle till end.
3 Protein shakes a day one of them a 600calorie weight gainer. ED
At the 7th week I will take vitamin E until end of PCT. Or should I do it ED?
I dont plan to start untill December 1st so I can get some feedback. Thank you for the advice.
