My Order from Stereo.biz went not as planned

Hello Guys,
On Saturdy last Week i ordered 4x Test Combo 300mg at stereo.biz. I had to Pay the amount in 2 Times with Bitcoin now there is the Problem the Website only saw 1 of the 2 transactions. My Problem is i sent them over 140€ and the Support isnt Texting me back after a couple trys to get in Contact with Stereo.biz
