Easy. 1-12 weeks 300 mg test prop, mast prop, 375 NPP. Currently waiting on mk677 to get in. Then that for 1-12. Hcg will be 3-12 weeks maybe sooner if I notice nuts changing. 500 ius a week.
Last 4 weeks toss in some anavar if hair and blood work agrees.
pct won’t even comment standard pct. may or may not cruise...
6’3 210 lbs. 14-17% bf.
starting at 3200 cals. Will up as I see fit. Looking to lean out quite a bit but want to see the weight go up.
7 days in gym with active recovery. I do light and heavy days for everything. Example: light chest and heavy back, 3-4 light movements chest, 5-8 heavy hard working movements of back. Just depends how I’m feeling and go day by day as I have a lower back injury I take heavy caution against.
I for sure over train as a natty.
Hoping to sleep 7-9 hours a night. gallon+ a day of water.
