I've always looked the best on a 40/40/20 Carbs/Protein/Fat split. Currently on cycle, so eating about 4k cals daily. Now, on 2500-3000 it's not to hard. But at 4k, that's getting 400 grams of protein. I generally have been hitting more like 40/30/30. Just easier to hit cals with more fat than protein.
