I am 40 years old and will try stena for the first time.
I have been training for 6 months and am looking at gaining muscle mass. I am 6 foot and around 100 kilos (220 lbs)
Is a 12 week cycle the best way to go? Should I be adding anything else to cut me?
I eat only protein - no carbs - no fat.
Any suggestions?
