Hey all. Glad to be here. I'm 41 5'9 190-195pnds. I've been researching and reading all I can for days. About 155--60 was about all I could get to till maybe 5yrs ago then weight went on quickly eventually ballooning to 220. I use to lift while I was younger but the older I got the more challenging and downhill I became. My energy and mood, motivation and even appetite was slowly becoming non existing. I finally found I suffer from low T and did gels for a year but never got any benifits. My labs went from around 100 to only 400.
Finally after seeing a new endo I was given 100mg a week test inj. And wow, I'm starting to feel like a new person. Just several shots in while also doing about 6pumps of gel a day my stamina and mood has increased tremendously. I hope at my 3month labs I'll be able to get 150-200mg a week.
My plan esp for my 1st time is to increase to 4-500 split into 2x doses a week. I have the right mindset and will follow it through. I don't plan on doing anything more than test until I get more experienced with the exception of maybe a estrogen blocker. It's my understanding that between cycles I'll only need to revert back to my trt dose correct and only supplements would be to add a estrogen blocker. Is it needed on say 500mg a week? I also read members of this forum can get 20% off their order to "nappy" although the price makes me thing of going the Jen route.
Does this sound like a good place to start? Forgive my ignorance about certain things but I have my mind in the right place and I will follow through with it all from dieting to workouts to pharma. Any advice would be appreciated. My goal at least at the moment isn't to win any competitions but for my health and self esteem.
